「Staff was kind , helpful and outgoing Breakfast was minimal for the price of a nights stay compared to other accommodations we visited. I would suggest adding bedside lighting. In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. 「This hotel is basically brand new as of April 2026. The room was clean and fresh with everything we needed, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Less than 10 minutes' walk from Piacenza Station, and 10-15 minutes walk to the historic centre. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommended.」
