A unique and memorable stay

We didn't tell the kids so they were very excited when they saw the boat - "do we really get to stay here?!" Communication via email ahead of time was super - it made getting there and planning our stay in Rotterdam much easier. The kitchen has everything you could need and the beds are great. We were met at check-in by Ro who was very helpful - lots of suggestions for things to do in the area.

A localização é excelente e dá para ir a pé aos principais pontos de interesse. O serviço é bom e quem nos recepcionou foi extraordinariamente simpático e atencioso. A experiência torna-se única por ser um barco casa e termos a oportunidade de viver durante uns dias como alguns holandeses vivem nas suas casas-barco. Aconselhamos vivamente, não pelo luxo mas pela experiência. Os miudos adoraram poder dormir num barco e Roterdão como centro cosmopolita que é, tem muita oferta para entreter miúdos e graúdos !

Attention, le bateau est séparé en deux parties, mais nous sommes tombés sur 10 filles qui venaient faire ma fête. ... on a appelé le propriétaire super gentil mais impossible de dormir pendant 2 jours... c'est du papier à cigarettes les murs. ...

Peaceful, quirky accommodation on great location

We had a lovely stay at the boat hotel. We stayed in the smaller side of the boat and found it to be quirky (it's a boat and editing to people who aren't used to climbing around the stairs) and very comfortable. It wasn't spotlessly clean, but clean enough and such a wonderful, peaceful and romantic place to stay. Perfect base for exploring the city and a great getaway for a long weekend. We fell in love with Rotterdam and would have loved to stay a little longer. The shower was good and ran very, very hot; the tray would sometimes fill quickly, but otherwise I can't fault our stay. I slept like a baby which is rare when I stay away from home. Thanks to the boat hotel team for a lovely opportunity to stay in Rotterdam.
