「sehr freundliches Personal,immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend,wir sind zum vierten Male hier und kommen sehr gerne wieder,Frühstück ist ausreichend ,Kaffee , Tee, Milch,Säfte ,alles da ,Abends kann man gut Essen im Restaurante, Also wir sagen tschüß und bis zum nächsten mal mit freundlichen Grüßen Familie Sima」

「The hotel is in the middle of a forest we booked it because it said there was a good restaurant. No! It was closed. According to them due to a party but there was no one else there. We asked if they could recommend a restaurant - after repeated request they suggested one. They should not take bookings if the restaurant is closed. There is nothing near by. I saw another guest had the same experience - so is the restaurant ever open??? Or just in the announcement to get guests? 」

「房間太舊，沖涼是熱水好弱，枕頭形同虛設想攞多個都冇，冇熱水壺可借， 我的房間第二天全日夜都冇wi-fi，還有電梯太舊上落時發出聲響好恐怖，not really a 3-star hotel & not worth for our room rate.」
