AWA Hotel
The room was great. Check-in was chaos. The lobby of this hotel is messy and cluttered. It was a bit concerning when we checked in as the lobby does not represent the rooms well. Ripple Rotorua
Stayed in a superior studio. It did feel a little dated, however it was very clean and comfortable and had a lovely water view from the back deck. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Just a short drive to most attractions and a walk across the road toThe Skyline.

Hideaway of Rotorua
Nice, clean, comfy spacious studio. Great to have a separate sofa area. Pity about the weather which affected the TV reception and we were unable to use the outside seating area.

Sudima Lake Rotorua
This hotel is not 4 stars hotel, the lady works at the breakfast this morning and the young girl at the reception extremely rude and unprofessional. I have expectations in a “4 stars” hotel.
