「The hotel is two minutes from Hwy11 and one minute from major stores. The downtown of Bracebridge is a short ride down the road. Tru hotel is a beautiful new modern hotel with all the amenities such as a pool, gym, conference room. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and kept very clean. Best hotel we've stayed in for a long time.」

「This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. 」

「Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!」

Right as we got in the room we checked the bed and found so much hair, the pillows smelled like someone’s sweaty head, so i asked for fresh sheets and changed it myself.」
