Bridge House has bags of character, subtle heritage design and features with a stunning view of the river and Ross on Wye. We were treated to the most amazing breakfast with quality locally sourced ingredients and really enjoyed the extra lounge space where we could brelax in the evening with our favourite tipple.
We received a warm welcome from Kevin and given a little tour of downstairs which consisted of a breakfast room and a good size comfy sitting area, the honest bar is a nice touch. We were then shown to our room on the first floor No2 which was a good size bedroom/shower room. Breakfast is chosen the day before via a tick sheet which is on two sides so plenty of choices, on both days it was delicious. Would definitely recommend!
The room was cleaned to a high standard, Katherine and Kevin were both very polite and professional. The breakfast was delicious and worthy of a 10/10 score. We also loved the honesty bar, the great range of drinks and log burner.
Nice large room, with seating area and comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, very nice breakfast and good options. Fantastic view of the river Wye and surrounding area at the end of the garden. Nice lounge area .
Really lovely place to stay, perfectly positioned with lovely views over to Ross across the river. Place is very well appointed with nice touches and a gorgeous "snug" with honesty bar.
What really makes it is the wonderful hosts who are welcoming and friendly - happy to help with any questions or tips you might have about the area.
Breakfast is scrummy with a great selection of choices
Had a lovely two day stay, the owners were lovely and gave us a lot of help and useful advice. Bedroom was comfortable and clean with a great nights sleep had by both of us. Breakfast hit the spot. Will return the next tine we are in Ross
Beautiful grounds and lovely views of the grounds and river from our room. Breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the gardens first class. A lovely relaxing lounge area, with a well equipped honesty bar which was a really nice place to have a sit at the end of a night in Ross on Wye. Would certainly recommend and definitely stay again.
Absolutely flawless. Superb location 10 mins walks along the river to Ross. Place was perfect with lovely hosts and even a sausage for the dogs after breakfast!
Nice room with lovely bath, and location by the river. Breakfast could not be any better.

Traditional and comfortable. Lovely decor and the riverside location was perfect, although it did rain mostly but did not detract from the experience. Kev and Katheryn were very welcoming and friendly. The full English breakfast was so good and very generous. We had a lovely view of the river whilst partaking, enhancing the experience! Could not fault our visit and would certainly visit again.
A Home Away from Home - Perfect for Multi-Day Stays!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Bridge House and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The location was ideal for our multi-day stay, allowing for easy day trips to explore the surrounding area.
The accommodation was impeccably clean and very well maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. (Great restaurant advice too)
One of the highlights was the outstanding breakfast served every morning. Each meal was individually cooked and beautifully presented, making it a perfect start to the day.
This place truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Comfortable bed, beautiful views from bedroom (room 1), garden breakfast room and garden. Excellent breakfasts, lots of choice, caring friendly hosts and staff. Great location for walk into town, along river and to nearby pub/restaurant. We loved the comfy lounge with honesty bar. Hope to go back in the future.
Extremely nice B&B very comfortable brilliant view of river and Ross on Wye, with a very nice and comfortable lounge. Pub across the road selling good food couldn't be better.
Our hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent and very comfortable. Good variety of options for breakfast all cooked well. Our room had a wonderful view of the garden/River Wye.
The room was good but a little small. The facilities were also good but given the cost of the room I felt the drink making arrangements were basic. Our bathroom only had bath but no shower. Anyone staying would be advised to state a preference. Breakfast was excellent with good service and the dining room and sitting room were well appointed. The views are amazing.
