"Clean property overall, cleaning staff did not clean our room daily and we had to ask for towels and wash clothes. It is close and in walking distance of restaurants and shopping."

"The location is amazing, right on Michigan Avenue, across the street from the park, a few blocks south of the river. The staff was friendly and efficient when I checked in, asked a few questions, and checked out. The room was great... nicer than I imagined. I would have liked daily room service. And the property really needs a reasonably priced breakfast place."

"Pricey but right at the airport. Works so conveniently for us to come in by bus or CTA. Love eating at the bar restaurant. "

"Great room but the beds were really small. The bathroom door was frosted but you could still see through the door and there was a large mirror in front of the bathroom door. To top it off the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not close all the way, so absolutely no privacy in a room that sleeps 4!"

"The location was great we walked to the Shedd aquarium in no time. The hotel was nice, we found it really irritating that we were constantly asked to join Hilton rewards by the staff standing at the elevators. Also you can not control the room temperature it was so hot and their solution was to open the windows which had no screens and it was pouring rain and everything was getting wet. They do not clean rooms or bring clean towels you have to call and ask every time you want clean towels. The history of the place is cool and they do have a Starbucks and restaurants. There is no complimentary breakfast. I’d honestly give this place a 3.5/5 stars. "
