「Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. 「We loved this place. The lady that checked us in was amazing!! When we had issues with the key card the lady at the front desk was not so friendly, the cleaning lady was friendly and helpful with the key card. The breakfast was great and I felt bad for the only lady trying to keep up on her own during the busy times!! I was impressed with her. She appeared to stay calm and keep moving, doing the best she could. Thank you for your hard work! 」
