「Nice hotel to stay again」

「The breakfasts each morning were amazing. They were better than any of the restaurants we went to on our trip. 」

「We got a room with a view and for once it was really worth it. We really enjoyed the view of the river and Cincinnatti. We could also walk across the bridge and found a great restaurant, Blinkers, near the hotel. Was strange how few drawers there were into which I could unpack my bags - that was the only thing I didn't like about the room. Great otherwise. 」

「Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the Bistro was affordable and portions were plenty. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to all traveling through the area. 」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Staff were so nice at front desk and valet. Room was great, very clean and lots of room and a refrigerator. Walkable to many nice restaurants and ballpark and Heritage Bank Center. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay again! 」
