"My family and I choose this hotel due to it was close to the boat ride we got early check in due to the ride being over earlier than we thought after checking in one of my family members room was not ready and stayed with her daughter until the room became available, they took very to check her into her it has been hours after the original check in time. She ended up going down to see what was going on well the staff member seemed to have a very unpleasant attitude and some world were said not really argumentative but from my family a firm voice of speaking her mind of Why the room isn’t ready and then was given a room she did not pay for, after exchanging words with the staff member the staff member told my family she could leave my family decided to return back upstairs and after a few minutes of returning to her daughters room they get a knock on the door from the staff member with the police behind them my family and I was really confused as to why the police was called there were no yelling, physical altercation, not even no curse words thrown around well another staff member came and with a rude attitude that stated my family needed to leave these were elder women who truly only went to ask about a room they paid for, if I was confident about getting my money back for the room I would of left with my family to the other hotel I won’t return the way they were treated over nothing showed that they have no professionalism then being attacked by another worker not apart"

"The room was very outdated. It was very hard to find the light switches in the room. There was no complimentary water in the room, however when I did go to the lobby to ask for water, all of them were room temperature."

"great location, but little misconception. When you first arrive, your arriving at the valet parking, thats not the front lobby. There was a sign saying at the front desk "will be back in 15 minutes". Thats for valet, go up the elevator thats where the lobby actually is"

"Clean room, simple breakfast, very nice. One thing though...the room was a non smoking room, but when the bathroom fan turned on, there was a powerful smell of stake cigarette smoke. Is it possible that there are air filters than need changed?"
