「Staff went above & beyond for us. Louisville was booked or very sketchy areas only available. We drove to the outside of town for safety & clean. Only concern was being approached by many construction workers staying at hotel too. Staff were very supportive & walked us to our room to ensure we felt comfortable. Very grateful for a safe, clean, & kind staff for one night stay. 」

「Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor.
