The front desk staff are super helpful. They help me to photocopy document and tell me the direction of my school. That's why I extend 1 week in this hotel. 「There are a lot of strangers outside the hotel. The room is not very clean. There are a lot of black dirt on the towels, bed sheet and pillows. The staff’s attitude is not very good. They don’t show smile or eye contact when they talk to customers. If you have a baby with you, this is definitely not a suitable hotel for you to stay because there is no bottle water or hot water bottle inside your room. 「No air conditioning. I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window. The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was the most expensive but the worst service one in my 22-day travel in Europe. Therefore, I chose to leave earlier from the hotel and late r back to it.」
