「We had the perfect stay at VOCO. I chose it because the reviews were excellent and I really trust IHG hotels. The hotel is pristine, staff is friendly and it’s in a very convenient location. Beautiful beach across the street and the hotel provides with free chairs and umbrellas at the beach club. It’s quiet and just beautiful, a lot of attention to detail went into this place. 「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
