"The staff was very helpful when I requested help. Breakfast was tasty. And have a nice buffet. The only issue I had was my AC wasn't working. Good thing it didn't get to hot during my stay. But it did get fixed. I would stay here again because they have many stores close by that are walking distance and the staff was friendly. Thank you all for everyone at city lodge Hatfield for your hard work"

"The views are amazing, you forget you are close to the city. The service was great. Ver friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the Valentine’s dinner performance by the saxophonist was amazing. The rooms might need to be upgraded soon. Towels were a bit hard. But we then upgraded to the executive suites and that side everything was great"
