「Room lacked supplies when we checked in and was not clean, especially carpet. Had to ask multiple times to get results. Inconsistent information from desk staff. Housekeeping nearly non-existent over a 5-night stay and then on fourth night, only after we practically begged. No manager available for discussion. We would not stay here again and do not recommend; not up to Hilton standards.」

「The breakfast and the ladies in charge of the breakfast were great. The pool area was too hot, the heat stayed on.The hot tub did not have enough water in it. The room set up was small. I’d stay here again if I had to. I was there for a family function. 」
