"The location is near all the attractions. The facility is very new. Our room is spaciouse and face the Harbour and can see the Madona Satus.the satffs are very friendly. The breakfast is good."

A 10 minute walk away from the touristy downtown area; it’s a nice walk along the beach. And it’s far quieter. The room has three large windows facing the ocean. Gorgeous view and nice breeze. "This was quite a find! Lovely hotel, extremely well-kept and beautifully decorated. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was quiet, despite being on the ground floor facing the road. Though it's a little outside of town centre, it was a quick and easy walk (took us less than 20 minutes walk to get to the port, would be a quick bus or taxi ride) and I appreciated the quiet area. I could write pages about the breakfast - it was fantastic. All fresh and tasty, with four areas of separate options. We vegetarians were spoilt for choice (and there were many meaty options as well). It was lovely to be able to make myself a blood orange mimosa to go along with my coffee each morning! I highly recommend Milazzo for a quiet holiday and I even more highly recommend Il Principe. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Without question the best resort spa in Villa San Giovanni . This is where my dad is from ,so I’ve come to Villa quite a bit . My favorite ! Great live music and Dj by the pool , amazing views of Sicily across the sea . Restaurant rivals any Michelin restaurant that I’ve been to . "

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"

"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."
