「We had two rooms. I had asked for adjoining rooms, but they had one of the adjoining rooms rented out, which did not make sense to me. If you only have one set of adjoining rooms you should not rent that room out unless it’s the last room which shifts I think you should have your employee shift change at 2 o’clock instead of 3:00 we got there at check-in time and our room was not ready because they were changing shifts. 「Property looks great, easy to access, heating system/AC working fine. I would have given a 5 but the response time was a bit poor when I needed something fixed in the room ( tv not working). I called again and they promised to send a staff but no show till we left the following morning. Other than this issue, I will say it's a nice place. 」
