Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina
Fantastic staff, really helpful. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from termini station which I found easy .rooms are great - mine was at the back of the hotel so nice and quiet. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is didn’t like being asked at checkout to leave a tip for all the staff to share.

Best Western Plus Hotel Universo
I hope they can put a Best Western sign outside, instead they have a big sign 'Universo'. We tried to ask people and most people doesn't understand English, it took us a long time to find it.
