Excellence Suite
Room was clean and comfortable. Wish we stayed here longer. Couldn’t control the mini split or close the window. Tub in the room but no bubble bath or salts.

Napoleon Hotel
Showed to Front desk, presence of mold in bathroom area, dirty and damaged walls in certain areas. Staff did not showed concern at all other than a simple apology. No effort or attempt to correct. Not a single compensation or effort to provide a better room. Dissapointed!
