Für ein kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist in direkter Nähe zur Vatikan Stadt. Frühstück gibt es in der Unterkunft nicht, aber man bekommt einen Voucher für ein Kaffee um der Ecke. Für einen Snack am Morgen völlig ausreichend.

first of all, the proprety is not the same on the pictures . second it was a breakfast included. if 1 coffee and a croissant is a breakfast probably its me. bathroom toilet it was smell so bad. i had to use my parfume to change the smell a little bit. roo himself it is so tuny and smelly. during our stay, 2 nights actually, in the night time, our door was checked 2 times by dont know who. anyway for the money i hwve paid is mot worth.

I liked the area because it’s very accessible and just a 5-minute walk to the Vatican Museum. The host is friendly and informative, which made our stay easier. However, the place is hard to find, as it's hidden inside and there’s no sign outside the building. I also had a very unsafe experience—about a minute before finding the place, someone dropped a large, heavy flower vase from the fourth floor window right outside the building. It landed just a few steps away from me, and I was terrified. If it had hit someone, it could have caused serious injury or worse. Additionally, I lost a gold earring and my rosary inside the room, so I would advise not leaving anything valuable unattended. The cleanliness was also lacking. While they changed the bedding, they didn’t clean the floor or the bathroom. By the third night, hair was all over the bathroom, and the floors were dirty. There was also no iron in the room, so we had to attend our activities in wrinkled clothing. Overall, the location and host were great, but the safety issues and lack of cleanliness were disappointing.

Zimmer und Bad riechen , ohne offenes Fenster schwierig! Dusche ist auch nach Stunden nicht abgelaufen dafür läuft die Toilettenspülung ständig!

What you see online in pictures is NOT what you get! No daily housekeeping at all! Lucky if you get extra toilet paper if you happen to see the property manager. This is NOT a hotel and the breakfast included is a coupon to a cafe a few blocks away that will get you a coffee and croissant - that's it!!

the property was spotless on arrival but never saw the owner in the 4 days we were there. the tea and coffee was never replaced and developed an odd smell in the bath room but there was no body to tell about it. was a real shame that the small things let the place down it could have been great.

Clean, good location

Very good location, near rhe Vatican museum, close to the metro. Staff was nice and helpful. All together 4 rooms, but unfortunately quite noisy(more from neighbours then the street). Good restaurants around and the supermarkets also. Clean room, breakfast was in the room, no eggs, sausage or cold cuts, just butter, jam and some sweets, yoghurt and coffee. No bread also. Clasdic Italian breakfast which is not much.

L’établissement est un appartement doté se 4 chambres privative, ce qui permet une certaine intimité. La situation géographique est géniale, se trouvant à proximité du Vatican, du métro, de restaurants et de rue piétonne avec de nombreuses boutiques. Je recommande cet établissement à 100%

We were disappointed that there was no service to ask simple things. The breakfast was disappointing. 2nd day we bought our own things. We were close to Vatican and restaurants which was good. Difficulty finding the building as number on building different then address given.
