Tutto eccellente dal servizio alla posizione

Soggiorno incantevole. Hotel in una posizione eccezionale nel cuore di Roma. In pochi minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere piazza navona, castel S. Angelo, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi.....cosa dire del panorama esci e dal ponte sul tevere ammiri S. pietro....fantastico. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera pulita, il letto comodissimo, il bagno ottimo. Una esperienza indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente.

Di un Hotel 3 stelle non ha nulla, Pessimo di in Hotel non ha nulla... Requisiti degli Alberghi a 3 stelle sono il ricevimento 16 ore su 24, con servizio notturno disponibile su chiamata, MANCA; Trasporto bagagli in orario ricevimento: MANCA; Servizio bar 12 ore su 24 con addetto, anche alle camere, MANCA; Prima colazione in aree o sale comuni, MANCA; Area d’uso comune con una superficie minima di 4 mq per le prime dieci stanze, 1 mq per le ulteriori stanze fino alla ventesima, 0,5 mq per ogni stanza ulteriore, punto ristoro, anche con distributore automatico. Televisore ad uso comune, MANCA. Ma vi è di più, appena arrivati troviamo alla reception l'addetto che ci consegna subito le chiavi della porta della camera, del portone d'ingresso del palazzo e dell'ingresso dell'immobile dove insistono le camere perché bisogna fare da soli. Ci informa che per la colazione pagata cara bisogna uscire dalla struttura andare in un bar vicino..tutto questo non solo non era indicato  sull'informazione dell'albergo sul sito dove ho prenotato ma neanche sono stato informato preventivamente anche attraverso le varie mail.o messaggi di WhatsApp con cui invece mi sollecitava informazioni sul.mio orario di arrivo.. non solo questo ma sempre con aria di sufficienza mi informazioni.a che ha aspettato giusto noi altrimenti sarebbe già andati via, gli espongo che l'orario previsto per il chekinn era dalle ore 15:00.. Die zimmer sinď sauber in bad war noch der müll von den gästen umzuvor noch trin . Frühs um 7 sehr lait da die zimmer sehr helhörig sind und jeden morgen möbek rücken angesagt war . Die lage ist zentral an der engelsburg gelegen der preis für die nacht geht in ordnung

A recepcionista é uma fofa! A estadia foi ótima! O quarto é fofo e ainda tivemos upgrade. Saiamos cedo todos os dias antes do café, e para não perdermos ela nos entregava o café um dia antes, ela não precisava fazer isso, realmente recomendamos de olhos fechados e a localização é ótima.

Veldig bra

Beliggenhet, rommet og service var meget bra. Men hadde vi ikke kommet med limo transfer, hadde vi hatt problemer med å finne hotellet. Såvidt navnet var synlig på en ringeklokke, ellers ikke noe som vitnet om at det var hotell der. Siden frokosten ble levert på rommet, burde det vært litt større plass på skrivebordet. Ellers var alt helt topp.

Rimelig, rent og sentralt

Hotellet ligger sentralt til og det er gangavstand til det meste. Det er et godt område å finne seg både frokost og kaffe om morgenen, og ikke minst middagssteder og barer for et glass vin på kvelden. Renholdet var godt, og betjeningen upåklagelig. De ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme med å finne bussforbindelser når det var ønskelig. Rommene var greie, med byutsikt og aircondition. Vinduene isolerte godt støy utenfra. Det sagt, det var ganske lytt innendørs. Kort sagt et rimelig og god base for opphold i Roma. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Hyggelig betjening og greit renhold. Perfekt lokalitet trekker opp. Det største problemet var at rommet hadde en veldig ubehagelig lukt, som sopp/råte. Det var lekkasje fra dusjen gjennom vinduet ut til rommet og noen ødelagte fliser i dusjen. Dette ødela mye av helhetsinntrykket.

De ligging is echt perfect! Alles op loopafstand (max 20 min). Wel aan een drukke straat. Het is een hotel zonder lobby en restaurant op de 2e verdieping van een historisch pand. De medewerkers aan de receptie zijn erg vriendelijken behulpzaam. De bedden zijn perfect, het ontbijt (op de kamer) is niet de moeite. Al met al... prima uitvalsbasis voor alle bezienswaardigheden van Rome. De faciliteiten en schoonmaak lieten wat te wensen over.
