Ok room and amenities. However, city tax was taken upon knocking on our door before checkout ...not ideal why not take at checkin? Room was clean and quiet. However, returned back at 1530 one day and the room was not serviced. No towels or replenishment of anything. Not great again. No toilet avaliable as asked to use before departing when collecting luggage. Not a hotel just a series of rooms on a floor of a building. Book if you like this lack of service and housekeeping...we didn't enjoy this...

Property was in an excellent location. 2 minute walk to the Spanish steps. The room was of a decent size, with superb amenities. Special shout out to the concierge staff in particular Matteo and Joshua who were both very welcoming, gave excellent advice and were so accomodating to keep our luggage after check out. They always had a smile on their face. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

Great walking location, in an upper end area of Rome. Great shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself could use a deep clean, felt a little bit unkept, but I understand that it under new ownership and that they are just working on some of these small things. The beds were very comfortable and the location made up for the small issues.

The property had a lot of potential, but the room was very dusty. There were a couple of socks on the floor in different spots and there was a towel on the floor behind the curtains. There were handprints on the door on the back of the bathroom mirror. Additionally the temperature of our room was very warm. It was 95 degrees farenheit, 35 celcius in Rome while we were there and we couldn't get the room below 24-26 or 75/77 which was very uncomfortable. The person from the front desk did offer us a fan and agreed it was too warm, but wasn't able to help on the three night stay. The temperature remained that high despite itvappearing that everything should have been working.

Perfect location. Walking distance to most popular destinations in the city proper. Staff is excellent and extremely friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Rome!
