The staff was great excellent communication and quick response. The room could use a little upkeeping. It was clean but the room condition could use a little love. Other than that was good very close to the tourist destinations , food etc.. I was out walking till very late and I felt safe in the area.

Room was as expected, some need for repairs but nothing major. All in all as expected and fair priced. Staff was exceptional, very helpful and very friendly. Nothing felt like an issue, they assisted with luggage storage since we had a late flight at a nearby hotel without hassle and any charges.

Trevi portrait was advertised a soundproof… And it was anything but soundproof. But the staff were really nice and helped to solve the issue by letting us stay in a Sister hotel. That hotel had the best breakfast we’ve ever had. And the room was very lovely.

They are very sweet in this property. Location is amazing . One thing is they need to like do little maintenance there : I mean at least refresh walls in rooms . Otherwise it’s perfect

The location of this unit can’t be beat. It was nice to accommodate our family of 5 in one unit. There were some slight cosmetic issues, chipping paint, stained fabric on the chairs, unfinished cabinets, but it still felt clean. Check in is at a different location a couple of blocks away, but the staff was friendly and spoke English, which was helpful. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

Une chambre a 400$... je m'attendais à quelque chose de beau et confortable!!! Les murs sont grisonnants de marques et de saletés, les matelas sont usés, la cabine de douche est directement dans la chambre!!!! Ça peut aller quand on est en couple mais avec une amie, ça manque d'intimité. On doit marcher 500m vers un autre hôtel pour aller régler la note!!!!

Ótima localização e limpeza!

A estadia foi excelente. O quarto é confortável e todos os dias realizaram limpeza, sem mesmo pedirmos. Nos ofereceram café da manhã de cortesia no primeiro dia e nos demais por um bom preço, no Hotel Concept Terrace, próximo da hospedagem. A localização é excelente, a poucos metros da Fontana de Trevi e demais pontos turísticos. Super recomendo para famílias!
