It was a great affordable place to stay in Rome. Super cute rooms and balcony. Great service and very close to the train station as well as the bus terminal. Prime location for getting around Rome by foot or transit

Lovely hotel and even better for the price. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Very typically Italian decor. Has all the facilities you might need, including a hair dryer in the end suite and a fridge in the room. The only negative is it can be very noisy at night if you have a room on the Main Street. So maybe bring earplugs! However, once all of the shops and restaurants have closed for the night (normally by about 1am). It’s fine. Very convenient for Termini Station and all of the main attractions are walkable (within 30 minutes). Lovely stay at a lovely hotel.

Im not one to write reviews, but this place is too much to not criticize. Ive been to sleazy hotel, but this one takes the cake. No shower curtains, no water pressure, the room is the smallest you can buid, the bed is a rock, the pillows are a sheet of paper, and don’t get me started on the supposedly functionning a/c. Had someone sent over to fix it, he told me not to touch the panel, put the « fan mode » and told me it was a/c, i told him no, that it was another mode for a/c (with a little snowflake on the control pad) and he said no no, because no noise was coming out. Slept at 25 degree all night, while it was 19 outside. Open the window you say? Impossible with all the noise outside. The only good thing about this place, is that it’s a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. Do yourself a favor, book somewhere else

Not great- bathroom awful

The bathroom door would not close. The shower/tub had no curtain and just a hose. This could have worked if the hose did not have multiple leaks which made it spray water all over the bathroom. Breakfast was OK. The hotel staff was helpful. The room was very disappointing.

Maybe one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in

The breakfast was decent - that's about where the good stopped. The thermostat was backwards, so we spent a night baking. There wasn't enough water pressure to keep the showerhead going, so taking a bath was pretty much our only option - the trouble with that was that there wasn't enough hot water to even get close to filling a tub. Stay somewhere else - anywhere else.

Bathroom had tub with holdable shower head, very difficult to shower with no curtain or barrier- entire bathroom got wet including toilet paper roll. Bed was okay, not uncomfortable, not comfortable. Only 3 pillows in the room. Could have complained about these things, but only thete a couple of days waiting ti go hkme, so didnt bother. Overall not a luxury hotel and not horrible, a good solid place to stay fir the price.

Das Zimmer war sehr sehr laut - von der Straße wie auch durch das Personal am sehr frühen Morgen (Reinigungspersonal wie auch Renovierungsarbeiten). Keine Dusche im Zimmer vorhanden. Nur eine Badewanne mit brause ohne Abtrennung oder Vorhang, wodurch das gesamt Bad beim duschen geflutet wird. Personal teils unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Das Frühstück entsprich in kleinster Form den Bildern.

Loistava ja edullinen hotelli

Loistava yöpaikka matkamme Rooman pysähdykselle, lähellä Terminin kulkuyhteyksiä. Erittäin avulias respan työntekijä neuvoi kaikissa yöpymiseen ja matkamme jatkamiseen liittyvissä kysymyksissä. Ainoa miinus hotellissa oli se, että suihkulle ei ollut seinäpidikettä, vaan suihkussa käydessä suihkua täytyi pitää toisella kädellä.

Otima localização!

Hotel próximo a estação Termini, o que facilita muito durante a estadia em Roma. Limpo, cama e roupa de cama excelente, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente e com um tamanho ótimo de quarto. Café da manhã é simples mas gostoso. Na recepção fui super bem atendida, tem um recepcionista brasileiro chamado Rodrigo, que é pura atenção e gentileza. O único ponto a ressaltar é que não tem chuveiro, e sim ducha para tomar banho, o que pode ser um ponto negativo. Pra mim não foi. Me adaptei bem. Pude deixar a mala após o check out e aproveitar um pouco mais de Roma. A região onde está localizada o hotel aparentemente é tranquila para andar a noite. Não tem sujeira como falam mtos comentários sobre essa região. Sou mulher e viajei sozinha, me senti segura nas proximidades ao hotel. Indico muito o Raeli Regio. Certeza que quando voltar a Roma ficarei ali.

O hotel é antigo, até aí tudo certo, o quarto e pequeno, o elevador minúsculo, servem duas pessoas, apertadas. O frigobar apenas refresca, não gela. Café da manhã com poucas variedades e as vezes não tinha reposição, acho que era apenas uma funcionária para o atendimento. O pior de tudo, motivo pelo qual não aconselho a se hospedar: o banheiro tem apenas uma ducha de mão para o banhi, NÃO TEM CHUVEIRO, é uma banheira sem fechamento de box ou cortina, com uma ducha de mão apenas! Lavar o cabelo é um drama, isso que fiquei em dias quentes, imagino no inverno! Sem contar que o trambolho da banheira e o lavatório ocupam todo o banheiro, que apesar de ter bom tamanho, torna inviável duas pessoas entrarem ali ao mesmo tempo. Teria potencial se fizessem alguns ajustes. Não recomendo a hospedagem!
