Tivemos uma experiência muito boa! Todos no hotel muito solicitos e simpáticos. Quarto limpo e confortável, com ar condicionado e roupas de cama e banho novas e limpinhas. Acomodações modernas. O café da manhã foi uma excelente experiência italiana, bem servido e tudo muito saboroso. Eles tem a opção de transfer, e nosso vôo chegou na madrugada, então foi muito útil. Fechamos com eles também o transfer para o centro de roma. Recomendamos muito!

En general la estancia fue tranquila, solo una noche, sin embargo por la disponibilidad nos hospedaron en un departamento completo muy diferente (viejo) a las fotos que muestran en su página. El departamento limpio y funcional, pero recomiendo verificar.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend at the beach but not the most convenient for trips into Rome. This is not a fault of the hotel, but my own problem as I should have researched it better. They do have a shuttle to the airport which is 5.3km away. 25 euro for 2 people to the airport. That was good compared to a taxi or Uber which both were over 35 euro when we needed it. Otherwise a very nice hotel and friendly staff.

The property was clean. The neighborhood was safe. Plenty of restaurants and a supermarket close to the property. The staff were excellent at helping us with questions. There was a variety of food for breakfast.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – False Advertising a

As someone traveling to Italy for the first time, I was excited to finally unwind and enjoy what was promised to be a comfortable and relaxing hotel experience. Unfortunately, this hotel completely derailed my first night with what I can only describe as blatant false advertising and a complete lack of accountability. I specifically booked this hotel because the listing clearly advertised the availability of a hot tub — something I was genuinely looking forward to after a long and tiring travel day. Upon checking in, however, I was placed in a standard room that was nowhere near what had been promised. There was no hot tub, no view, and a bed significantly smaller than what was shown or described online. The room felt basic and uninspired — a complete bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, the language barrier made it nearly impossible to voice my concerns. I got the distinct impression that the staff were fully aware of how difficult it would be for a non-Italian speaker to lodge a complaint or demand a resolution — and they seemed to take advantage of that fact. I felt completely dismissed and helpless. My first night in Italy — a moment I had been looking forward to for months — was utterly ruined by this experience. If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. For the price, you’d be better off staying at the airport hotel. At least there, you know exactly what you’re getting. Unacceptable and completely unsatisfactory.

appreciated the airport pickup when we flew in late. The hotel is nothing special, but it gets the job done for needing a hotel near the airport. Would recommend as an inexpensive option for travelers out of Rome airport.

Hotel Switcheroo

We booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com. The hotel reached out via text earlier in the day of arrival and asked when we would arrive. I gave them our ETA which they replied "perfect". About an hour prior to arrival, I got a long VM in rapid Italian about some issues with one of the rooms not being available. When we arrived, they escorted us down the block to a "Rooms for Rent" bldg of a friend's property that was nowhere as nice as the Porto di Claudio. It was clean, but more of a hostel set up. We were in a hurry to get to a cousin for dinner and didn't think much about this. Imagine our surprise when we went to pay the next morning and charged us the same price for the "hostel" room (which online was priced more than a 1/3 less) than as they did for their own, much nicer room in their own property. My daughter and her husband said their room in the Porto Claudio was nice, but noisy.

Big problem

They did not have a room available for us, though we booked many months ago, apparently because the top 2 floor had a problem (if I understood that correctly). So instead they put us in a room down the street, not part of the hotel, that was nothing like what we had booked - no balcony (no daylight at all), no bar, etc. A depressing room. They discounted the price only after we made a big fuss. The point is, had they notified us of the problem, we would have cancelled and booked something nicer for our last night in Italia. However, the young man who attended to us on check in and again on check out was very polite and professional.

they offered a shuttle service for a fee that was appreciated. It's conveniently close to the airport and offer a good breakfast with lots of dinning options. However as the rooms are not well insulated and some travelers arrive late or leave early, we did not get a good night sleep. maybe request a room on higher floors would help?
