Good bed and breakfast. Breakfast is not included. Great location, close to the bus 46 which goes directly downtown, and walking distance from the metro. Allowed to leave our luggage for the day for 10 euros. Really nice host.

It was a proper accomodation near to the Western wall of the Vatican, with a public parking space for free at the front of the door and a bus stop directly besides. There's a good cafeteria a few meters away and a grocery store; furthermore a good-quality Italian restaurant at quite low prices. The only thing which is to critizise: When you arrive after the reception hours, you have to pay a fine of 50 € for getting the keys out of a key-box. This should have been clearly stated in the hotel description BEFORE booking the hotel, as it can have a huge impact into the total travel expenses when someone isn't aware about. Furthermore, you can pay tourist tax and this fine only cash and not by card.

Great location for Vatican visitors!

It is a great place to stay for those who want to visit Vatican museums and St. Peter Cathedral. You can walk to the site. Also, bus 46 is very handy. As for the hotel itself, good place, but remember, when coming in, use the small door from the bus stop side, it has an intercom to reach the reception. The hotel will give you a bunch of the keys, 5 keys! and most of them look just similar, so you will need to use try and error to find the right key. If I were to decide, I would use color coding on the key and the door to select the right key. Also, to get out of the yard, the electrical lock has a knob hidden on the left lower side of the door. it is a white knob. Also, beware, the apartments have personal bathrooms, but shared kitchen and hallway, and sometimes it can be noisy, if other housemates are noisy. Ours were moderate :)

Everything is closer and walkable-very accessible to Vatican, train and bus stops infront of the gate. The rooms are big and comfortable. Hot outside but very cool inside we enjoyed our stay here. Mercedes and Barbara… they’re the best in anything you guys are impressive assist thank you!

The insulation installed in the room is so bad, even when closing all the windows, I still hear the transportation noise from the street, and people talking from another room. The single bed size is small and soft. It doesn't have the basics to serve customers, such as hot or cold drinking water. The standing bath is so small. Towels are so drought like paper. Ridiculously charged to check in after 6pm. I won't come back.

Beds were very uncomfortable and there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom. If this had been for more than 1 night, we’d have stayed elsewhere. Bus stop was close by which was convenient.

Towels, bed sheets and pillows are really old/worn out. Smelled like gas on our 2nd night, we had to sleep in the kitchen coz the smell in our bedroom is so bad, smelled like gas, called the staff and didn’t resolve the issue…too many keys to use for every door.

2 night stay in Rome

Room was clean and nice, bathroom has very small shower cabin, everything else was as it supposed to be. Owner or at least people who checked me in were all very nice and helpful, check in and check out went perfectly. There is only one minus to all. No heating and A/C did not work. Room was COLD at night and specialy in the mornings

The place does not correspond to the pictures that are showed in Expedia. It sells as Bed and Breakfast and the do not provide anymore since January 2024. Towels in very poor condition. very irregular. Mattresses very irregular and uncomfortable.

Breakfast and or kitchen was advertised. The kitchen was closed and looks like it was just used for cleaning staff..? and there was no breakfast any of the mornings or grab and go snacks. The beds were falling apart, and the shower had mold, as well as the showerhead leaked all over. Check-in was easy and simple however staff was rude during checkout and we were asked if we knew we were checking out that day before check out the morning of while we were looking for breakfast. Overall, not particularly kid friendly.
