我跟同學住一間，10點check out ，但早餐開放到10：30，所以我們先下去還給他鑰匙並寄放行李上去吃早餐，櫃檯還很親切跟我説沒問題，結果吃完早餐下來一個行李不見了，問櫃檯他説他不知道？！？我們傻眼，剛剛還跟我説好一小時就不見了，之後我們還得自己去警局報案拿資料給他，因為隔天要去佛羅倫斯請他們盡快給我們答覆（賠償），結果過了三天email都沒傳，打電話又説在忙明天再打：（（（讓我們覺得不舒服也不敢再訂這家

Zweckmässig gutes Hotel für Citytrip

Ich bin mit meiner Frau und zwei Kleinkinder nach Rom für ein Citytrip über Neujahr. Das Hotel liegt 10-15 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und ist deshalb sehr zentral. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können so gut zu Fuss erreicht werden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock mit einem Queen-Size Bett und ein Etagenbett für die Kinder. 2-jährige Tochter und 4 Monate Baby. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Lift. Zwei bis 3 Personen haben Platz im Lift. Ein Doppel Kinderwagen (vorne/hinten) von uns hatte auch gerade noch Platz. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Teppichboden und war für Rom Verhältnisse eher gross. Das Badezimmer ist zweckmässig ausgerüstet. Duschen war jedoch Glückssache. Weiss nicht ob es an der Jahreszeit gelegen hat, aber ich duschte auch zweimal eher kalt. Mal war das Wasser sehr angenehm, bis heiss und manchmal nur noch kalt. Wer mit Kleinkinder reist, braucht meistens ein Wasserkocher für Milchpulver. An der Rezeption haben wir einen kleinen Wasserkocher bekommen und für die Tage behalten. Das Personal ist freundlich. Spricht Englisch und natürlich Italienisch. Eher negativ war die Anreise; wir mussten zu lange warten bis unser Zimmer fertig war. Der Teppichboden war dann noch vom putzen nass. Vermutlich wegem dem Putzen im Badezimmer lief das ganze Wasser Richtung Teppich. Das Hotel bietet auch Frühstück gegen Bezahlung wir haben jedoch täglich auswärts gegessen. Abgesehen vom Duschen, war es insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. Man muss bedenken, dass man wenig im Zimmer ist.

The door on the room was broken but still able to shut, just tricky. They tried to come in and fix it while I was still staying in the room. No deadbolt on the door so maintenance entered one day without knocking. They also had a few lightbulbs out. Great location though and room came with a balcony. Concierge was great and set me up with their driver for an early morning transport to the airport.

Two night trip to Rome

Nice room with balcony. Good price and friendly staff. Jacob was wonderful. I took advantage of the pick up and drop off from the airport and to hotel and he was right there with my name as soon as we came out of the gate. Very helpful on guiding us on how to get around using the public transportation. The hotel is within 20 minutes walking distance from the sightseeing places.

Mejorable

La primera noche llegamos a la 1 de la mañana, porque nuestro avión se retrasó. Lo único que quieres a esa hora es que te den la habitación para poder descansar, pero no fue así, ya que nos dieron una habitación estándar individual, cuando yo había reservado una doble (con más de un mes de antelación) nos explica el recepcionista que por la mañana nos lo solucionan. Por la mañana fue a partir de las 10 de la mañana, habiendo perdido ya parte de la mañana. Nos lo pudieron solucionar dándonos la habitación que pagamos. Para compensar nos regalaron el desayuno, cosa que agradecimos. En cuanto a la limpieza, cambian las toallas cada dos días, y en toda la semana no nos cambiaron las sábanas.

El hotel está en un buen lugar pero la ubicación de la aplicación no coincide con la real, es mejor de lo que me imaginaba comparado con comentarios anteriores, el personal habla muy poco inglés y nada de español por lo que pedirles consejos resulta un poco difícil

Run Down!

From the pictures I was excited for my stay. But found: -a bed that sunk so bad on one side I rolled into it. -a bathroom door that wouldn't shut because the door jamb was busted. -a coffee maker with no mugs. No cups at all! -no counter to put any toiletries in the bathroom -no toilet paper holder so the toilet paper was across the bathroom -no shelf in the shower -5th floor room and the elevator broke! -went to check out and the lobby was locked with no one in sight. Had to leave keys hanging on the door handle so we didn't miss out train. So if you just want a place to lay your head, I guess it will do. Well that's if you don't mind sleeping in a sunken bed.

El personal fue atento pero la limpieza pésima, no cambiaron las toallas durante las 7 noches. El primer cuarto qur nos dieron estaba muy sucio y el baño pésimo. Nos quejamos y nos cambio a uno mucho mejor. Son atentos. El desayuno es pobre pero el precio fue muy económico. La hubicacion es excelente

Sehr einfach aber gute Lage

Das Hotel verfügt über sehr einfache und doch etwas ältere Zimmer mit kl. Mängel (z.B. Toilettenspülung war durchaus interessant); das Personal allerdings ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und v.a. der Preis dem Standard entsprechend. D.h. wer so günstg reisen möchte, wie wir das getan hat muss ohnehin mit einigen Abstrichen rechnen. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorzuheben. Vieles ist zu Fiß erreichbar und der Bahnhof Termini ist quasi gleich ums Eck (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß) Alles in allem für diesen Preis echt perfekt.

A good place for a good price

Small rooms with minimal equipment - but for the price you know what you get... The hotel is in good location and the rooms work - if you want to sleep well and spend your time exploring Rome. If you want to spend time in the hotel, maybe you should invest more money to get more services and space in your room.

La Luna Romana is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The place is filthy. There are stains on the walls, carpets and linens. After noticing the condition of the room they gave me, I asked for another room and was told there were none. The air conditioner did not work. We were stuck with a fan in a 90+ degree room. The lock on the door did not work and it took the staff over 15 minutes of trying different keys and playing with the knob to let us back into the room after we went to dinner. We only stayed one day but that was too much time. We even noticed bed bugs which we took pictures and videos of. When we went downstairs to the front desk to complain, the man did not seem surprised. When I asked for a refund he said they do not refund money. When I asked for a manager he said she was not available and he did not know when she would be at the hotel. I don't understand how they stay in business. I can only imagine it is unsuspecting tourists like me who keep them in business. We book the hotel from a website in another country then travel to find this dump waiting for us with no other last minute options. For health and safety reasons, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!

As fotos do hotel são muito diferentes da realidade. O serviço de limpeza é muito fraco, assim como as condições do quarto. O edifício está em mau estado e não existe cuidado com a manutenção. O pequeno-almoço é fraco.
