Terrible room
DON’T book this hotel!!! We were really really really disappointed with our room - we don’t mind it’s a small triple however it was entirely different from online booking pictures. Those pictures are so so so misleading.
Everything in the room was very dated and made us feeling so uncomfortable, especially my little daughter.
We spoke with the reception twice and requested to change the room, the day staff and night staff were both rude to reject, the reason was rooms full occupied (we checked their online booking, there are at least two rooms still available) and mainly we just stayed one night.
If you are traveller, we won’t recommend this hotel, streets around are full of rubbish and mess, not walking distance from the Roma Termini train station, no nice restaurants or shops nearby, far away from all tourist attractions. It seems poor security in this district, so we called Uber only.
Actually we have spent 5 days with Kolbe Hotel in Rome, visited Firenze, Venezia, Milan and backed to Rome as our final night, we thought it’s a nice 3 star hotel to complete our family trip, unfortunately it’s the worst hotel and staff we have experienced in Italy.
