The staff were very nice, and the hotel felt cozy overall. My room was clean, and the bathroom looked recently renovated, which was great. However, the area around the property was quite dirty, and the Smart TV in my room wasn't connected to WiFi, so it didn’t work during my stay. Other than that, everything else was good.

Lovely service and Team, beautiful rooms, also really liked that part of the city. From great restaurants to groceries shopping to cafes to transportation. The hotel has such a great charming atmosphere, i love the furniture and the cute terrace. Will definitely come back

Is Rome, great staff and people. Everything is walkable distance 30 minutes from Coliseum 42 from fautian. Tram is right around the corner. The neighborhood is a testament to the kindness of people of Italy. Enjoy!!

The hotel was nice to stay in. It had breakfast buffet for $5 if it is not included in your hotel stay. Overall the staff knew English and Spanish. The only thing I did not like was that you could hear the neighbors as the walls were thin
