Great night stay near the ariport

Great service from the staff, we arrived quite late in the night and the member of staff in reception was really nice and understanding. He was happy to book us a taxi last minute for the next morning and explained everything very clearly. The room was very clean, comfortable and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the Rome Ciampino airport.

Great quick stopover before our flight

We weren’t there too long as were flying out very early the next morning. We checked in around 9pm and the chap on reception was very friendly and helpful, booking us an early 4.15am taxi. Room was a good size, comfortable beds and good sized bathroom with shower.

Just a touch of TLC needed

Customer service was fantastic couldn’t fault it. Room was almost clean. The bathroom needed some TLC and a good scrub - which I tried to do. Shower was hot an powerful and towels were perfect! Beds were hard and pillows lumpy. Hotel was lovely and quiet and very safe.

The employees were so lovely and friendly. My room however wasn’t the cleanest; there were ants in my room, hair that wasn’t mine on the bed spread and towels and the floor wasn’t swept or vacuumed. I was there for 2 nights and wouldn’t recommend it for more than 1 night. The neighbourhood was safe and the people seemed nice and it’s a short train ride to Rome or other tourist attractions.

It is a nice hotel! It was as described in Expedia. The price for one night with breakfast included was good and the location was very close to Ciampino airport. We would stay here again! Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly especially when our flight was delayed.
