Very conveniently located but also in the heart of downtown where they’re a lot of homeless people hanging around the building. Hotel is old and somewhat run down but “you get what you pay for”. Convenient for a short stay in Rome. A very short walk to the train station and buses to get anywhere you want to travel. We stayed here as a transition from Rome to a cruise in Civiacheccia.

The room was overall pretty spacious which was a plus for packing luggage and the proximity to Roma termini was very nice. Everything else was poor due to the quality and how run down the hotel seemed. We noticed someone dropped food in the elevator and it stayed there for hours and it left stains. There was only one elevator and it took a bit of time if someone was in line to use it, no stairs could be used. Some of the staff were professional but I tried to ask a question about taxis and some of them waved me off and said ask later. Breakfast was okay, but we definitely preferred eating out after two days.

Friendly staff and convenient location, but major property issues ​Pros: Excellent location near Termini Station and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was fine (hardboiled eggs, yogurt, deli meats). Cons: Outdated, poorly maintained, and full of maintenance problems. ​The hotel is in rough shape—we dealt with wall cracks, mold around the windows/tiles, a strong sewage smell on the 1st floor, and a leaking ceiling that forced us to change rooms. It took looking through 3 other rooms just to find one acceptable enough to sleep in. The area outside feels sketchy at night (the front door is locked after hours, and you have to leave your keys at the desk when you head out). ​Huge thanks to the staff for being so understanding, but the state of the building makes it hard to recommend.

Hotel staff were reasonably nice, but the property itself was in poor condition. There were missing ceiling panels both in the corridor and in my room, along with displaced floor tiles. I also found and killed a cockroach in my room, and the hotel refused to offer any form of compensation.

First of all the room for a family that we received , air conditioning was not working , it was so hot, when we asked the staff tgey said it would be like that . We asked for a standing fan , they provided that too us . The floor of the room was not been cleaned when we entered it has hair and sust every where. In washroom the shower curtain was partially broken , basically you cant close the shower curtain completely to stop the water to go all over tge washroom. honestly the only reason we choose it as it was so close to the train station . Otherwise they need to do a good cleaning and renovation to this property.

Very clean and nice staff. Property looks like it’s under construction and the air conditioning for the building doesn’t turn on until June. The street that this hotel is on is sketchy and I don’t say that lightly. Over all it’s okay but I wouldn’t stay here again
