The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests with professional diligence. We also had a wonderful dinner at Mirabelle on property. Really smashing team, always courteous and incredibly helpful. Lovely rooms with well appointed bathrooms and supply of toiletries. Only improvement that could be made to room would be the inclusion of tea and coffee making facility (though the room had the best stocked mini bar I’ve seen in a while). Hotel location was good - close enough to walk to principal sights but far enough to feel calm and quiet. Good eating options nearby too. Don’t miss a sundowner in the hotel’s rooftop cocktail lounge looking out over Rome.
