The hotel is within walking distance of the historic sites of the city centre. Breakfast is plentiful and the service is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Overall, the hotel is a good choice.
Rooms were spacious. and cleaned. My only issue was the air conditioning was not too cool in the first room we were given, however the hotel staff quickly moved us to another room where the A/C felt cooler. Overall nice and helpful staff.
Stay was interesting. TV didn’t work for three days. No bath plug for two days. The taxi we requested to be organised by the hotel was over an hour late. This happened to two of us arriving on consecutive days. It appears the taxis are not ordered until the hotel knows you have arrived at the airport.
An older hotel in a convenient location to sights of Rome. Breakfast was included and it was very good- fresh fruit, eggs, and great coffee. I was in a single room where the shower did not work and the hallway light was burned out. I was moved to another single room with better lighting outside the room but the shower door did not close and the toilet ran all night. Clearly a plumber’s services are needed in at least 2 of the single rooms.

Friendly staff, Great breakfast. But the AC in the room not working and making annoying noises. the room was not cool at all. There was no air vatilator in the washroom, moisture stuck there for long time, making the situation worst. Worst hotel among the four 4 Star hotels I stayed during this trip.
The staff was amazing ! Everyone was helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. The hotel is so charming. From the moment we walked up the steps to the hotel we were greeted by Doorman in uniform and made welcome. They collected our luggage and handled it for us.The front desk staff was smiling and extremely helpful. They gave us great dinning suggestions, directions, and always asked if we needed anything when we passed by. The bar area and court room was a nice place to visit and the side rooms were as well. We brought lunch back one day and used the room as our own. The breakfast was delicious and served with linen, and pretty dishes. The serving staff were helpful. Our room was a triple which was spacious, clean and comfortable. When it was time to leave we felt a bit sad leaving them behind.Old world charm and politeness certainly is found here. We will definitely stay here again when coming back to Rome.
Arrived at 8am checking was at 2pm, after waiting for about 2 hours we were given our room, after being denied breakfast, was told we were eligible for next day, I knew that, I wasn't given an option to pay for it. Hotel is well located within walking distance of some attractions and 2 blocks away from the lepanto metro station. Mostly residential area, felt safer than Paris, Room was spacious with some minor repair needed no big deal if you take into consideration the age of the building 200 years, well maintained common areas. Cleaning and Breakfast staff was friendly. Breakfast was superb, good food served daily kept me full well past noon and we did a lot of walking. No mini fridge in the room and TV was a hassle to make it work, had to unplug it to turn it off no big deal because we didn't go to Rome to watch tv :), great hotel, are there better ones of course there are but they are also more $$$$, I would definitely come back.
The hotel is beautiful with an Old World feel to it. The rooms are clean and have lantique style decor. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood but only a 10 minute walk to the Piazza del Popolo which is a short walk from the Spnish Steps.

Fino fino... Med men
Super fint hotel - men med meget gamle møbler. Minibaren var tom. Vi savnede en elkedel (måske også et par the breve og/el kaffe).
Personalet var mega hjælpsomme og rare at snakke med. Perfekt beliggenhed. Gå afstand til alle de vigtige seværdigheder. Morgenmaden trænger til en opgradering.
