Excellent hotel with good service, friendly staff, clean close to metro. The only problem is that itbis a little far from the center of the city, we could not use metro much and we had to take taxi most of the time.

Great stay

Stayed for a concert at nearby palazzo dello sport. Location was great. Easy access to city via metro. Few stops to colosseum etc. Most importantly the food in restaurant was amazing I had an evening meal which was some of the best food I’ve ever had. The breakfast was also delicious.

Worn out hotel close to conference center

Hotel brands itself 4 star business conference hotel, but lacks to deliver in either of its promises. Hotel room is ok in size, but lacks many must-have amenities of a business hotel. Worst example is iron and ironing board, which are promised in the hotel amenities list, but which they only have 10 for >100 room hotel. Asked multiple times for iron, which they could not deliver. Receptionist's guidance was to give bad feedback in hotels.com, google etc. so that they could possibly get more of them. Breakfast has solid service, but besides cake-table, all other items are not in abundance. Room was really worn out, wall had a fist sized hole in it, bathroom was really old. On the plus side, rooms were quiet and the short distance to the exhibition center was great.

Pratique propre ma rien à faire dans le quartier

Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et efficace ! Le petit déjeuner bon mais les boissons pas du tout. Les boissons fruits beaucoup trop sucré. Il vaut mieux prendre le café au bar que à la machine du petit déjeuner. La chambre très pratique mais les coussins trop dur. Par contre très chaud dans la chambre la Clim était bloqué à 25 degrés. Nous avons entendu les voisins en plein jour durant leur moments d’intimité….. donc l’isolation est à revoir. Heureusement qu’il n’y avait pas ma fille de 5 ans à ce moment là ! Par contre vraiment rien à faire dans le quartier ni autour.
