Overall property was great. Close walk from the main train station. Staff was super friendly and helpful with how to use public transport. Felt pretty safe as you use a personal code to get into both the hotel and your room. Location is a little dark at night (not too many lights) but didn't ever feel 'unsafe'. Good and comfortable stay!

It was a small boutique hotel. We were on the 1st floor which was nice. The staff is amazing. The area was a bit gritty, but I felt completely relaxed and safe. Roman ruins are everywhere nearby, easy walking distance. Under a 5 minute walk to the train station and a really nice supermarket. Many, many dining options within easy walking distance. Definitely would recommend

Walkable distance from Roma terminal resulting in easy access to day trips to Pisa,?Naples, etc. Lot of dining options nearby. Safe and friendly staff. Quiet room and ambience. The. Coffee bar 32 is just excellent and super friendly.

The area doesn’t look very safe. Lots of graffiti however we never felt unsafe. Super close to the train. You can walk to the Colosseum. Plenty of places to eat. Grocery store & convenience stores really close. The hotel is clean. The rooms are a good size. The front desk women were all super friendly & helpful.

Hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful. Joanna gave us a lot of important informations about the city and things to do. Thank you!!! Hotel is located close to Rome Termini station. It’s not the greatest neighborhood but convenient location. Few good restaurants and pizzerias near by, Open 24/7 little store on the corner. Rooms are in retro style, bathrooms freshly renovated. Overall good for the money. Make sure you have the combination code to the front door and your room if you’re going to check in after 9pm.

Great hotel close to Termini and parking

Chose this hotel due to its location close to train station and parking, but was surprised about the good dining options around. Ended up finding free parking around the corner. Great hotel rooms and great service.

The hotel itself was nice, the service and the stuff. We didn’t know about the city tax but we paid it €6 per person per day but that’s something mandatory. The area was so dirty but the restaurants around were nice.

Horrible area, felt unsafe. No breakfast. No iron in the room. Toiletries were basic in sachets. Room was basic. Good bus and train links but had to take long buses to see all popular sites. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Comfortable stay, poor surroundings

The hotel itself was decent and fairly comfortable, but the surrounding area left much to be desired. It didn’t feel safe to walk around, especially at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it for solo travelers. One issue we had was that our entry code stopped working, which could have been stressful if the front desk hadn’t been available to reset it for us. Overall, the stay was okay, but the location and security concerns made it less enjoyable.

The hotel was very clean, bathroom seemed recently refurbished, and the reception staff provided great recommendations for the metro, breakfast and other dining options. Overall, a great stay, and of course very convenient access to Termini Station which was our main reason for booking. Be aware that the area itself is very dirty and unwelcoming but it's still an easy walk or metro from the hotel to the main attractions. The nearby San Lorenzo (~200m away) is great for a quiet, less touristy evening meal.
