超棒的酒店

工作人員非常友善，如果你不拘謹的話可以和他們聊得很開心。酒店沒有可挑剔之處，唯一值得留意的是不一定會被安排到可以眺望聖彼得大教堂的房間，若會介意的話建議事先告知櫃檯人員。我這次入住的房間位在1樓（櫃檯位於2樓），窗外的景緻是植有橙樹的恬靜庭院，我和女友都非常喜歡。附近有兩間carrefour(express& 7/24)，添購日常用品非常方便，還有一間可愛的社區Bar，以及多間當地餐館。步行至梵蒂岡約只要10分鐘，但實際上比較接近郊區，好處是可以盡情享受在地風情，不用擔心會遇到坑遊客的餐廳。

My first time stay in the city of Rome , although this hotel seems close to Vatican City but it's located at up hill and takes at least half hour walk . However the hotel is very quiet and comfortable . Breakfast is good. All staff are very helpful .

Im großen und Ganzen gut , allerdings waren die Bettlaken nicht richtig überzogen bzw. es war nur eingeschlagen - Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Roof top Bar mit der tollen Aussicht klasse. Vieles war direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We truly enjoyed our stay except for one very stressful exchange with just one staff member named Nancy at the front desk. She was extremely hyper and forceful in stopping our 20 yr old twins who were with us from coming to our room after they had already been there upon our check in earlier in the day before her shift as we showed all our passports to a different staff member. Nancy claimed that we had to not only show the passports but they had to be held at the desk everytime our twins came to our room. She kept stating the police come all the time and check rooms etc. in a very argumentative and scary way. My daughter who is studying abroad left her passport at her dorm the 2nd time she visited in the same day and she made her stay in the lobby and made my son stay in the lobby as well until I went and retrieved his passport from our room where he left it after checking in. Nancy actually yelled at my daughter for leaving the lobby area as she was trying to use the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and then another night a few days later. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and kind and overly helpful. But the exchange with Nancy made us feel very stressed out the 1st night after we arrived back to the hotel after having a great experience checking in during the day.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Andrea was fabulous helping with directions and subway stops. The room was clean. The location is absolutely perfect with a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. The train stop Roma S. Pietro is a 5 minute walk. There is a small local market right past the train station on the way to the hotel. The rooftop bar has a wonderful view of the Vatican Dome, and great drinks, light food. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious! Coffee was great. I will definitely stay again during my next trip.

We had a great time in Rome and the Fragrance hotel was a good base. We had 2 connecting rooms which was perfect for our family and each room was a good size with nice bathrooms. The staff were really friendly and it was a bonus to be able to have a reserved parking space for our stay (charged at €15 a night). The hotel is a 7 min walk to St Peter’s Basillica and Vatican City with easy walkable access to central Rome. It was ideal and at a reasonable cost. There were a few tiny things that stopped me giving a 5, the AC in our rooms was great but really noisey, there wasn’t a mirror in the room, only the bathroom (small thing I know!) and the bar was massively overpriced and not open every night. Breakfast was ok, good selection with amazing views but a few blinds would be good as it was sometimes hard to see because of the sun. Other than those minor things, all was really good and we would recommend.

Walkable distance from the Vatican City and other sites. Great for the views over the dome of St Peter's. Room was spacious and well laid out. We had an issue with water from our air conditioning which didn't get resolved and there was obviously an issue with water in the bathroom because the door surrounds was rotten. The shower was the only let down for me as it was a tiny square cubical that was hard to move in.

This hotel was by far one my favorites while I was in Italy. The reason was because of the amazing staff that were the most loveliest and went above and beyond for me and my mother who has a lot of issues with her health. From the front desk Guilio, Andrea, Nancy, Alessandro, and Gideon. Also, the great people from the kitchen and bar, Gabriel, Sabita, Bozema, Elisa, Mazmud, and Careolta. In addition to all the cleaning staff who made that place and our room always look impecable. I want thank everyone from Fragrance for making my and my mom’s experience in Rome amazing. We love you guys!

Excelente hotel cerca del Vaticano

El hotel está súper bien, en una zona céntrica con estaciones, camiones y restaurantes al rededor. El servicio del área de servicio, limpieza y recepción fue excelente. Muy flexibles y amables. El único inconveniente de servicio que tuve fue por parte del bar, ya que llegamos un día muy acalorados y cansados y no me dejaron sentarme en un área con aire acondicionado, ni en sombra en su terraza (lo que menos quería era más solo) y forzosamente me querían sentar en una mesa donde daba el sol. Decidí retirarme y a la señorita de recepción le llamó la tensión lo cual me preguntó y muy amable Marco para solucionar que nos pusieran una mesa en la sombra. Pero lo que me molestó fue un cobro excesivo de 20 euros por solicitar jugo de limón en mis vasos con agua gasificada. Siento que fue más por molestia de parte de un chico en barra. Al final no me afecta el cobro, pero si la manera de cómo me habló al principio y el buscar cómo sacar ventaja.
