It was easily acxessible by public transport and also and also very acxessible to and from the airport. The staff on site were very approqchable and kind. Breakfast offered the expected options for continental breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom comfortable and spacious. C Kettle, tea and coffee was available in the room if needed, and my room had a little balcony. My stay was too short to enjoy the full experience, but it was a nice base for my visit to the Vatican and late return.

Excellent séjour, dans cet établissement de petite taille où l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel sont exceptionnels. Très bien situé pour les visites et les transports en commun. Petit bémol, notre chambre était en sous sol mais l'amabilité des personnes fait vite oublier l'absence de point de vue. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet établissement .

Perfectly situated close to the Vatican and St Paul's, this hotel was a great find. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are simple, but have a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, tea and coffee and a mini bar. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy. A delicious buffet prepared by the wonderful Monika. Easy walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in the area. It was a little tricky to find as it is within a larger building. Look for the name on the bell plates on the the left of the door. Would not hesitate to recommend!

The room was large, very spacious. It had a mini bar, cooker, sink and safe which was handy. The hotel is also walkable distance from the landmarks in Rome and there is many restaurants to choose from for lunch/dinner. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Only things I can fault is the temperature in the room which you can heat up but I felt it wasn’t 25 degrees for example if I turned it to that temperature. I’d rate it 4.8 out of 5.

La chambre et la salle de bain était vraiment coquette. Et le déjeuner, surprenant par tant de choix et d’abondance L’extérieur de l’établissement et l’entrée et réception ne sont pas du tout représentatifs de la chambre et du déjeuner. Le propriétaire très gentil et serviable. J’y retournerai volontiers.

Fantastic location

This is a perfect place to stay, only 5 mins walk from the Vatican. This small hotel provides the perfect base for a city break at a good price. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night - our room faced the street but no noise heard from TEDS next door as previous reviews mention. (We shut the shutters as well as the windows.) Rooms were a decent size and an adequate buffet breakfast was provided which could be eaten in the enclosed patio garden. I would definitely stay here again.

Easter 2018 in Rome

We stayed during Easter 2018 in Domus Terenzio. The staff was great and the room nice. Location is great for walks to main attractions in Vatican and Rome city center. During Easter there was plenty of people in Rome, luckily the Domus Terenzio is not located in the most crowded street.

Top in Lage und Preis

Kleines „Gästehaus“ in super Lage nähe Vatikan und Engelsburg. Wir konnten überallhin zu Fuss. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Altstadt per pedes! Der Inhaber Gianfranco ein ruhiger und sympatischer Mann. Mitarbeiterinnen haben wir zwei kennengelernt. Beide super sympatisch und aufmerksam. Zimmer modern und sauber und ausreichend groß. Kleine Minibar und Wasserkocher ( für uns ganz wichtig ) vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war nicht ganz ruhig da zur Strasse gelegen. Aber wir wollten ja zentral absteigen. Also kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful modern B&B in central Rome

An excellent B&B in a delightful residential area, right in the heart of Rome, with a wonderful team that are both attentive and helpful without being overbearing, kindly arranging transfers from the Airport and Restaurants in the local area, which are plentifull, as we're the local bars. Highly recommend this accommodation for a short break in Rome...
