This was a great place to stay. Stefano was kind and courteous. He was always prompt in responding to messages and made sure everything went smoothly. The building was secure and fairly comfortable, with daily housekeeping. There was even complimentary champagne in the room for New Year’s Eve! The WiFi was fast enough to stream with no interruptions. Everything was great and I would stay here again. A convenient distance to Roma Termini and a metro station and bus stops.

Great Stay!

Great reasonably priced basic room in Rome. Great service as well! I had an issue with the key that was completely my fault and the host answered promptly and walked me through it. Highly recommend!

The property was great, very clean and well organized. Walkable to a city park (across the street) and several bars and restaurants. Stefano was communicative, friendly and helpful. Clean, easy and great walkable location. There are prettier areas in Rome, but for clean and reasonably priced accommodations, this is a great option and we weren’t disappointed.

Lighting was poor, twin beds were very firm and uncomfortable, bathroom door had to stay closed due to sewer smell. Location was central and close to train station so that was good. Unique beautiful old building.
