The hotel is in a fantastic location. When we got to the hotel it was difficult to get in. We weren't given a code. When I messaged the hotel I didnt get a response for 4 hours. We couldnt hear on the intercom and it took us multiple trys before realizing there was a small door in the large door that pushed in. Other guests were able to direct us to the third floor to check in. This all made ot very safe. The room was standard. The bed comfortable, the pillows nots so much. No view. Only a shampoo/body wash. The TV didnt have smart options so only Italian tv but with all Rome has to offer it didnt matter. Great restaurants nearby. Overall not bad, but not great.

This property was not what we expected or what it looked like in the photos. The room was dated and dirty. The tiles in the bathroom were dark and dingy. The floor was filthy, we did not take our socks off. The layout of the building was odd. While I appreciate the safety of having a locked building, there were four (4) keypads to use just to get into our room. They also made us pay the city tax in cash/euro. We had to make another trip to the ATM and get charged more fees because they refused card payments. The noise level was also horrible. Not only did the church (right across the street) bells ring early in the morning but the small grocery store below our room had a delivery every morning before 6am and the would use a metal ramp and cart to load the store causing a terrible sound and waking us up. We will not be returning.

The place is in a great location. we had to share an ironing board and iron. there was no mirror in the room. The bathroom smelled like sewer we had to keep the door closed. the bathroom door lock did not work. Couldn't prepare coffee in room had to go out in the hall. It was ok, but for the price I paid I was honestly expecting a lot more.

Great location. The hotel is very laxking in any ammenities. It is an office floor in a commercial building that were refurbished cheaply to be a "hotel". Not family friendly. Very Very Very uncomfortable bed, hard and knotty. We didnt have Wifi for almost half a day. There is no privacy, you can hear EVERYTHING from all the other rooms. For the price I would recommend another hotel

The bed was really old and worn out. had holes (Dips) on each side. my back was killing me after the first night. I mentioned it to the desk clerk. she was apologetic and contacted the owner to inquire about changing our room. owner did he had an upgraded room available for €35 extra. I didn't feel like I should have to pay for a decent bed a I was already paying over €240/ night. The mattress needs to be replaced. Don't stay here if you have anything less than a perfect back! The desk staff were very nice though.

Location wise the accommodation was relatively close to most attractions and I liked not having a physical key to access the property and room. We did, however, unfortunately have a strong ‘drainage’ smell in our room the entire stay. Additionally, there were not many plug outlets and none of the USB points seemed to work. The walls were relatively thin and so noise from other rooms/ bathrooms was also audible at times.

This hotel is an incredible value. Minutes from Roma Termini and the Monti neighborhood by foot, and easy walks to all the major attractions. Villa Borghese was a bit more of a hike, but walking around Rome is an attraction itself. So many great restaurants nearby - it really is impossible to find bad food in Rome, or at least in Monti. The room itself was great - nicely updated, and just the right size. The beds could have been more comfortable, but we still slept fine. The security system is a double edged sword - it’s nice knowing you are so safe, but also a pain to have to enter the code multiple times on your way to your room. The courtyard seating is the real MVP as you can bring your gelato from Gelateria Aurora, which has no seating, and enjoy it away from the busy street. It would have been nice to have coffee in the room, but the common area was very close and not a big deal to walk out to in the morning. If you’re looking for exceptional value, an awesome neighborhood, and a clean comfortable room, this is your place.

El lugar cuando entras no parece un hotel la puerta de entrada con el Yale roto y parece un laberinto lleno de combinaciones para entrar y salir un dilema a la verdad, por lo demás todo muy bueno la habitación bien amplia con un TV enorme y un baño moderno, café bueno las 24 h y el personal bien amable. Mi recomendación que mejoren las condiciones de la entrada.

There is no staff on sight after 2:30. That means navigating entrance to doors, 2 gates and 2 more doors to gain entry. The place is smelly and dirty. Internet worked well and the location was good. It was not a good place for a family.
