Breakfast looked delicious. The hotel did have a problem with mosquitos which was being fixed a few days after we left, everyone in my family received mosquito bites while at the hotel. Rooms are located on the fifth floor with a small elevator. The pillows felt flat and not supportive. The staff was nice and spoke English. The best part was the central location.

Great location to be if you want to explore Rome. Everything is walkable, from the Colosseum to the Spanish steps to the Trevi fountain, we were able to see everything we wanted to see. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the train station, which was very doable as we came in late at night. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable with nice little balconies.

We recently had a fabulous 4 night stay in this lovely, intimate hotel. The location is ideal to visit all sites of Rome. Every evening we passed by the amazing Trevi Fountain before returning to our balcony for a glass of chilled wine. From check in to checkout we were exceptionally well looked after by all staff; given local information, room kept clean, and of course long, leisurely breakfasts and best eggs served on the terrace by Palmeria. We will definitely be returning to Rome and the Concept Terrace Hotel. S & A Ryan UK.

First of all if you have children I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It’s not kid friendly. And you can hear clearly from room to room. I have 3 young kids and if they’d cry we’d get yelled at by the hotel staff. It’s on the 5th floor and the elevator was broken there and no one wanted to help with our stuff. Overall our stay was horrible and the staff was extremely rude to us.

The cleaning staff were slow to make up the room. As we went to Europe during a heatwave we usually had to go back to the hotel mid-afternoon in order to freshen up. The room was never ready on any of the days we stayed. The floors in the suite also seemed to be dirty most of the time. On the last night of our stay, there was no hot water. It was around 10:45PM and the receptionist had already gone even though they were supposed to be there till 11PM. We called the after-hours emergency number and spoke to the manager and he said he would call back. No one called back and no one came to look into the issue. We had to sleep without showering. The nest morning there was still no hot water. We talked to the hotel staff and they tried for about 2 hours to fix the issue. We told them we would go out for lunch and come back to shower before checking out. Before we left they said the issue was fixed. When we got back, the issue was still not fixed. We had no choice to shower in cold water, as we had a train to catch. As the issue was never resolved and caused such an inconvenience, we asked the staff if they could refund us, at minimum, the last night. The staff talked to the manager and told us to submit a claim through Expedia. It's been over a month since the claim was open and the hotel seems to be ignoring Expedia's request to process the refund, which is pretty unacceptable in our opinion.

El hotel aunque recién remodelado carecía de servicios básicos esperados de cualquier hotel de esa categoría en el area de Roma. Por ejemplo, el aire acondicionado del cuarto dejo de funcionar el segundo día de nuestra estadía. El desagüe de la ducha se taqueo y el baño se inundo pero al no haber personal de noche, desabilito mi capacidad de poder bañarme sino hasta el siguiente día cuando el hotel tenia personal disponible para reparar el problema. Experienciamos un problema dónde el cuarto goteaba después de haber reparado el aire acondicionado. No esperen tener hielo en el cuarto tampoco ya que el hotel no esta capacitado para hacerlo. La television no andaba el primer dia de nuestra estadia asi que tuvimos que esperar hasta la siguiente mañana cuando el personal del hotel llego y pudieron reparar el cable.
