It was the worst experience I’ve ever had, I travel a fair bit but have never come across anything like this. First of all there was no reception at anytime! Secondly the property was very poorly maintained; it was not clean, dust in the corners, towels were very old and had a smell to them and stains! there was bad odor coming from the drain, but the sheets were reasonably clean. Ants everywhere, I got many in my suitcases and in the bed as well!! The fridge was not working, when I asked the receptionist via text they refused to do anything about it. It was quite devastating not to have cool water in 37 degrees heat! It’s basic essentials!!! The shower did not have a door (as they claimed it was the style!!) so when you showered a lot of water would come out and fill up the floor, the floor mat/towel was not enough to absorb the water, it was hazard issue as well. This experience was horrendous!!

We didn’t like that there was no front desk. The staff lady we met was not friendly at all. Our AC in the room was not working and we had to message on watsup. No one came to take a look. There was no fan for air circulation. The building is very old. I would not recommend this hotel.

This property is in an amazing location for sight seeing, shopping, eating and cocktails. There was a smell the first night but i closed all the plug holes in the bathroom and kept the window shut and we didnt have the smell for the rest of our trip. They send you good instructions for check in via whats app a few days before. The towels were chanhed daily and bed sheets every 3 days which was fine for us. They could do with giving a spoon to make drinks but it was no issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would defo ho back for the price

This property should not be advertised as a hotel. It’s 3 units converted into Airbnb’s. Greeted at check-in by a friendly girl but it was the only time we saw someone at the desk. Last 2 days we had no hot water. Had to take very cold showers. The unit was clean. Location was great, but would not come back.

Room was clean and spacious. Area around property was nice and had good restaurants. Absolutely no staff at property and only communication was through What’s app. No VIP perks

The property it self is fine, clean and presentable, ideal to put your head down while visiting the sites in Rome. No complaints about the place. The communication was spot on, the instructions via WhatsApp made it really easy, As when you first look it is codes for 3 areas, but was easy once there. Perfectly central to visit everything.

The location of the Clementi 18 Suites was unbeatable. The room had a beautiful balcony, it was clean and had friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Not quite a hotel

This is converted apartments rather than an actual hotel. Reception only has someone there for a short period in the morning. Room was small but clean and was made up while we were out. Overall, if you need a cheap place to crash near the Vatican, it's a good spot.

Aprmt is super nice, walkable to cafe & shops. Try the French cafe at the end of the st, best food & coffee. Only down fall is location it’s hard to hold an internet connection.

Nos sentimos muy cómodos en las Suites. Además de tener una excelente localización, son tranquilas y tienen todo lo que un viajero puede querer. Quizá el único punto que deben revisar es la conexión a red, que función intermitentemente.
