This location was great as a home base (15 min walking to the Colosseum, and next to the Metro line that takes you the Vatican). The staff were all very warm and welcoming, the room was well kept and the breakfast was simple but delicious. There are several good restaurants and coffee/gelato spots around the corner.

This is a great no frills property very walkable to and from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room for 4 was tight with not a lot of space for bags but it was great for a big city like Rome. We walked to the major attractions with no problem. Breakfast was basic but good. Would stay again.

Good price, clean, close to train and metro.

Clean, quick, early check in. Price to value is high. Good location, close to Termin train station and Metro. It is migrant neighborhood, so can find different food if you tired of pasta & pizza. Safe neighborhood, no problem at all. TV is very old, need to change. No electric plug on table or bed. Overall, central, clean, affordable. Breakfast is also simple but enough. Good coffee. Thanks.

Viaggio molto, ma è la prima che sento di non essere stata rispettata come cliente. Non posso dare una recensione del posto perché, una volta arrivati, il signore alla reception ci ha detto di essere stato costretto a darci un'altra stanza in un hotel dirimpetto. Senza darci spiegazioni. L'hotel indicatoci è un tre stelle che avevo già notato mentre stavo cercando un alloggio, ma che non avevo poi preso in considerazione perché trovavo fosse scadente. Ed effettivamente la stanza era spoglia e scura, il letto scomodo, il bagno vecchio. Avevo scelto questa struttura proprio perché trovavo la stanza particolarmente carina. Anzi, l'avevo scelta rispetto ad altre di pari prezzo, che non erano davvero male. Il comportamento è stato davvero poco professionale. Ho pagato per qualcosa che non ho ricevuto. E quel che è peggio è che mi è stato detto all'ultimo. L'avessi saputo prima avrei cancellato la prenotazione e cercato altro. Ma appunto per questo, forse, non m'è stato detto nulla.

Heel fijne accommodatie om te overnachten voor een city trip. Verouderd interieur maar heel zuiver, en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Hartelijk ontvangst en je krijgt een fijne uitleg over alles wat te zien is in de stad. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens boeken als ik terugkeer naar Rome. Klein puntje van kritiek: De matrassen zijn zeer hard.

Good stay for family

We enjoyed our stay, best location. Roma Termini is very near walkable distance, its is located very next to Santa Maria church one of the attractions to see in Rome. Friendly staff and co-operative, our flight was late in the evening so we did check out the room in morning and staff had arranged for us to keep the luggage till evening.

Nice room in a nice street near Termini

The place has a nice feel, and the lady who met me was very nice. Although it's really close to Termini, it's one of the nicest streets, right by the church, and there are many nice cafes around. The room is comfortable and very clean. However it was a bit cold and the heating didn't seem to work but then again I might not have done it correctly and never went and asked (had I done so I'm sure they would have sorted it out). I would stay there again.

A great place to spend the night.

A small but well-appointed, comfortable, and newly renovated room conveniently close to the Roma Termini train station. The owner was super helpful and gave us advice about finding a Covid 19 test before our return to the US. We would stay there again.

Buena ubicación y buen estado en general de la habitación. El desayuno es siempre el mismo pero está bueno, la habitación está en buenas condiciones aunque la cama no es demasiado cómoda y el baño está limpio...aunque la mampara de la ducha por dentro necesitaba un buen repaso. No es el mejor hotel del mundo pero volvería sin duda porque la relación calidad/precio es muy buena.

I had really bad experience at this hotel. First night the sink plugged. Shower was broken - you either get cold or hot water. There were no place to put shampoo/soap inside the shower. It smelled like mold (or whatever it was) everywhere. Not only in the bathroom but in room. Towels and sheets smelled the same. Breakfast is poor. Dry bread, croissant and bad coffee. It was such a relief when I left this place. Please, choose another place. There are plenty for the same price.
