Excellent property, the staff is very welcoming. Everything in the apartment is of very high quality, towels, toiletries, bed sheet, kitchen ware etc. it’s a quaint place and you get feel of living in a Roman home. Staff is very responsive on WhatsApp and the lady helping us with storing our luggage was so nice and helpful. The only thing I was bro clear about was what to do when I reached the apartment, maybe I missed reading instructions so I called the number and someone came to get me in a few minutes.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Shops are just downstairs, and a supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and we especially enjoyed the small terrace. The host was very helpful and communication was smooth throughout our stay. The only small drawback was the size of the bed. It was quite narrow, and even for two slim adults, there wasn't much room to turn over comfortably.

This hotel is super charming, loved the quirky Italian decor. The staff, although not in the lobby (I think their office is on 3rd floor?), were always reachable by WhatsApp and willing/able to help. The location between the Spanish steps and piazza Popolo was unbeatable.

10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place.

My mum and I had a magical stay here. Our initial room had a double bed that was too small but we were quickly resettled into a room with a larger bed which suited us better. The location overlooking the villa borghese is near restaurants, grocery stores and is also moments away from the Spanish steps is superb. The only issue of note is there is no 24 hour concierge. So when we had an issue with the air conditioning we texted the number we were given but felt like we were inconveniencing the man who came to fix it late in the evening. It was a small blip on an otherwise easy and lovely stay.
