This is an older building in a great location, it is just minutes walking distance to the main square with all the tours and other tourist activities in the old town.during our 4 weeks vacation in Italy, we stayed six nights in the apartment, nice rooms , very clean and room service very every day as your requirements.Five stars!

Thank you lucky and all the fine people at bambuino 79! We got the jacuzzi suite for 10 days. Accomodating clean and amazing location next to the spanish steps. You can see the church bells from our private terrace .

10 STARS experience all the way. This apartment hotel is just amazing. First off and most significant, the personnel - Carlos, Lucky and Nadia are just out of this world amazing people. The location next to the Spanish Steps is hard to beat. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc. within a few minutes walk. We’ll be definitely coming back to this amazing place.

This hotel is super charming, loved the quirky Italian decor. The staff, although not in the lobby (I think their office is on 3rd floor?), were always reachable by WhatsApp and willing/able to help. The location between the Spanish steps and piazza Popolo was unbeatable.

Much better option than staying at a tiny hotel room for the same price. Perfectly clean, the apartments have absolutely anything you would need. The staff is super attentive and nice and the property is impeccably clean. Highly recommend! The location is fantastic as well!

Great apartments

We have stayed here many times when we visit Rome. While located on a busy street, the rooms are a quiet oasis from the hussle. Like many rooms in Rome, this hotel occupies rooms within an old appartmentbuilding. The apartments are a good size with small kitchen and living, ideal for making some meals independently. The beds are a good size and comfortable, and bathrooms nicely appointed. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location between Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo- beautifully restored old building, apartment attractively and comfortably furnished , kitchen not suitable for cooking abig meal since no counter space but fine for morning breakfast or simple meal prep. Great to have friendly concierge service to book taxis and restaurants and help with incidentals.
