Ridiculous! Horrible experience!
If you don't want to ruin your holiday, please don't choose it! Four of us booked an apartment with two bedrooms for two nights.It was very difficult to find since it was an apartment in the residential building which was no any sign shown. And there were no 24 hours reception which didn't mention on the website. We waited outside for almost an hour ringing the bell but nobody answered. The contact number was invalid. We also tried to get inside the building and asked those who living in this building that which apartment was B&B Locanderia. We had been told that it was located on the ground floor of the left. We tried to knock the door but no any responses. The family who lived the opposite of it was kindly helped us to call the host but still no one answered. Finally, we found the host after 20mins. It took us for one and a half hour to just get into the house! Very ridiculous! After got into the house, we were told that our apartment was mistakenly given to the others for the first night and only a triple room left .Ridiculous again! We moved to the apartment for the second night and found that there were no air conditioner. It was very hot in Rome! But it did state that there were air conditioners on the website. LIER!!! We called the host and his response was rude. He said "I could not help and you could put the key in the room and leave if you did not want to stay." Extremely ridiculous! I suggest that it should be blacklisted in Hotels.com. Please don't choose it!!!!
