Big Room, Great Hospitality

Ms. Totti is a cat lady and lovely. She can speak a little bit English and French. My boyfriend and I spent couple great nights there. One note is I had booked and paid full amount for three nights in A CASA TOTTI very early (around 9 months ago). Ms. Totti couldn't find the receipt of the payable, on the contrary asking us to pay again. This took us a while for communication until she called and finally confirmed with Hotels.com about the payment. Except this, all is good!

Privates Pension in exzellenter Lage

A Casa Totti ist bestens gelegen in der Nähe des römischen Hauptbahnhofes Roma Termini: 450 m zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können leicht erlaufen werden oder per Bus, Metro oder Bahn erreicht werden. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen mit persönlicher Rundum-Betreuung: Frau Totti hat uns ein sehr schönes Frühstück mit frischem Kuchen, Obst und Kaffee zubereitet; sie half uns mit Tipps und Ratschläge freundlich weiter. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Persönlich haben mir sehr gut die schönen Gemälde gefallen, die überall in der Unterkunft hängen. Der Preis ist sehr günstig - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt zur Strasse hin. Mitten in der Nacht wird diese mit Laubbläser und Putzmachine gereinigt. Wir konnten über eine Stunde nicht schlafen.

La verdad que la Señora Totti nos hizo parecer que estábamos como en nuestra propia casa, ya que nos recibió con gran hospitalidad, Cierto es que no es un Hotel de grandes lujos , pero tiene todo lo necesario y buen desayuno, con mas de lo necesario, es muy ideal para quedarse unos día, pues esta ubicado en la zona de la Estacíon Termini, que es de donde salen Trenes, metro ,autobuses, etc, en nuestro caso fué 1 semana. Seguramente sea el lugar de nuestro Regreso ,algun día...

Próximo à estação Termini

Pontos positivos: Fica localizado muito próximo à estação Termini, o que facilita muito. A proprietária é gentil, acolhe muito bem e está sempre disposta a ajudar; o wi-fi funciona bem. Pontos negativos: a limpeza do quarto, cozinha e banheiro deixam a desejar. Há muitos gatos na propriedade. Algumas vezes se perde a privacidade em razão de atitudes da proprietária.

Cosy BB close to railway station and restaurants

The old lady host was very friendly and helpful. She stayed up and waited for our arrival when the plane was delayed and our arrival was close to midnight. The loaction was perfecy for our travel by train (Roma centrale), and there were som small nice restaurants around the corner with late opening hrs. The room was at 1st floor, but the stairs were no problem. The room was spacious and clean. We were served a breakfast by the host. She held us company during the breakfast. There was also a house cat present. It was a really quitet neighbourhood. The bathroom was small and had a folding door that left little privacy.

Chambre d'Hôte propre, confortable et bien située.

Chambre d'hôte propre et confortable. Gérante très accueillante. Très bonne literie. Salle de Bains commune propre mais très petite. PDJ très copieux avec des produits faits maison. Possibilité de laisser sa valise pour quelques heures après l'heure du check-out. Emplacement idéal avec la gare Termini, le métro et les bus.pour visiter Rome. Choix de restaurants variés à - de 10 minutes à pieds.

like staying with our aunt

This didn`t feel like a hotel at all. What this felt like was as if we stayed with our aunt or did some coachsurfing.. except it wasn`t for free. What was little uncomfortable for us - there is only one bathroom/toilet which looked like home bathroom and wasn`t feeling like we were in hotel at all. I don`t say it is bad! But we would prefer more "hotel-like" stay. Anyway lady who this "hotel" belongs to, was very nice. So if this is not a problem for you, then otherwise I recommend this place as the room was clean, tv worked fine and breakfast was good.

Horrible, never go here unless!

Horrible. Just horrible. Owner offers no privacy and is only interested in taking money and providing no service. Bathroom is small and disgusting and makes you want to wear slippers while showering. Breakfast is old plastic wrapped croissants and the kitchen is in a horrid state at all times. Also make sure you lock the door properly otherwise you will be lectured. Room is ok but dated and felt dirty and no room service to make the beds or anything even though was there two nights. Don't stay unless last resort.

Do not go to this hotel!

First of all when we came we saw that the owner had about 10 cats in the apartment. Likely the smell was not that bad in the room itself but I'm allergic to cats and the owners should mention about the animals. Stay in the hotel was still okay the location was nice. When we left the hotel came the biggest problem... We were traveling around Italy and at some point we saw that we did not have our passports with us. We realized that they must be in Rome in the hotel as we did not use them after. We tried to call to the hotel multiple times and after a long time the owner answered. They told us that hey are not in the hotel but there is some person who takes care of the cats who can go there and take our passports. They promised to call us back, but they did not. After hours off calling them we got them to answer. No help at all they just told us to wait. Some point they did not answer anymore not at all. We went to police and they even hang up on him. After that I had major difficulties to get back as rayanair does not take anyone without passport. I had to bye new flights with different company and still I had new problems at the airport. After crying hours at the airport someone finally helped me there and got me the promision to fly back home.

Ideal als Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu genießen

Nice apartment in the center of Rome near Termini Station, where you can relax in a quiet environment . Wir waren 8 Tage in Rom und sehr froh, dass wir dieses kleine B&B gefunden haben Signora Totti ist eine liebenswürdige Pensionswirtin, die hilft wo sie kann. Da sie nur wenig Englisch kann und wir eigentlich kein italienisch konnten, hat uns nicht gestört Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns unschlagbar. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge perfekt und man kann Rom am Tag, Abend und in der Nacht gut genießen. WIr hatten das Zimmer mit innenliegendem Bad, aber wir hatten uns auch vorher informiert, dass das Bad auch über dem Flur sein könnte. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Fenster, dass auf ein "Hofzimmer" zeigte, weshalb die Fensterläden geschlossen waren, hat uns nicht gestört. Wichtiger als der Fernseher war für uns WLAN, welches stabil und sehr gut war. In der gleichen Straße haben wir mit "La Famiglia" auf Empfehlung von Signora Totti eine tolle kleine Gaststätte gefunden, wo man sehr gut und preiswert essen kann. Alles in allem wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in Rom.

Nice apartment in the center of Rome near Termini

Nice apartment in the center of Rome near Termini Station, where you can relax in a quiet environment away from the city noise. The hostess welcomes every guest as a long-awaited guest. The only downside is it, as to get out of the room WC, you must go through all living and dining area. Everything else viewed only positively - good breakfast, good wi-fi, the opportunity to dine in the courtyard garden, and, of course, very responsive hostess. Come to Rome and stay at Casa Totti - and you will enjoy.

Near train station

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from main station. However, it's difficult to find since there is no name outside the building. Good wifi and the owner is really nice.

Proprietaria cordiale e disponibile

La proprietaria, molto gentile, ci ha sistemati nel Hotel Fiamma proprio accanto al B&B. Probabilmente aveva troppe prenotazioni. Abbiamo gradito in ogni caso molto gradito il soggiorno presso l'hotel. La camera era di piccole dimensioni ma molto confortevole, letto comodo, bagno grande con una bella doccia. Colazione molto abbondante (brioches, salumi, pane, frutta). L'albergo è a meno di un km dalla stazione Termini. Davvero molto comodo per potersi spostare nella città.
