Everything is more than sufficient for my stay.

Although it felt more like staying at an Air B&B than a hotel, the rooms were clean, the owners were friendly, and the stay was satisfactory. The hotel is a little far from the centre of Rome, although I had some business to attend to in the nearby office, so I didn't find it too inconvenient. Also, there is a train station and bus stop nearby, and access to the city centre and airport is relatively good. The area is dark at night, and there is not an abundance of restaurants or shops, so it may be a little inconvenient for a tourist stay.

First line of the description drew me to this property. Unfortunately it's not what I believed it to be!😭 However the room was very clean and very spacious. Even though I got upset and spoke directly with the owner because of the description being false we did have a fantastic time. It is located in an industrial rundown area however we never had any problems with the locals. The big bonus is this property is a 10mins walk from the railway station which is connected to the busses and connected to the underground. So transportation is excellent. The big bonus is the Eataly supermarket which is at the exit to the station. It is open from 0900 to midnight, has multiple restaurants and cafes and sells amazing food and other items. Overall if the description is changed I'll recommend this property to my friends and family. However until this happens be aware it's next to a building site, overlooks the back of the other multi storeys, there is no rooftop terrace, bar or balcony! Otherwise this is a property in a great location with excellent local services and close to the station. Lift is very small, rickety and outdated. Thanks for the landlord for his help

Room was well equipped and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. AC unit worked well and was super quiet. Giorgio gave me a very warm welcome and made sure I was well taken care of. I needed a hotel close to Ostiense station and this one exceeded my expectations.
