Be careful your belongings

I lose around 100 euro in this hotel, someone stole when I when to downstairs charge my phone, when I tell the receptionist(16July 10pm), he sad that I know nothing, you ask my colleague who work after him, he also not helpful before , I know he can not help me.next morning (17 July 6am),I tell the receptionist the problem, he seems busy for his daily work and reply many times “what can I do for you?”, you should keep your belongings in saver, at that moment I feel rude and they don’t care what you happen in this hotel.

Nice Hotel and good services

Like the website and other reviewers' comments, the hotel overall is very good, clean and well facilitated. More importantly, I should point out that the staff is excellent. They were very nice, friendly and provided very professional services during our 3 nights stay in Rome.

很近火車站，又易搵。附近十分寧靜，但給人治安良好的感覺。 職員有禮。 因住的是單人間，感覺較細，但可以接受，房內燈光略為昏暗，但洗手間很乾淨明朗。

酒店距离Termini还是比较近的，周围也有不错的餐厅以及超市。不过酒店本身房间很小，而且没有餐厅，这点不太方便。服务很不错，前台人员都很nice。

Pros: Pleasant stay with nice staff, great location- 5 minutes walk from Termini station and so only a few stops to different tourist spots, with a/c and lift, great buffet breakfast Cons: Room was small.. not enough space to lay the luggages

Das Hotel entspricht eigentlich nur einem Zwei-Sterne-Hotel. Unser erstes Zimmer war ein ganz kleines Loch, vor dem einzigen Fenster stand ein großer Schrank. Das Licht musste auch tagsüber eingeschaltet werden. Im wirklich wunderschön angelegten Garten fand leider am zweiten Abend eine sehr laute und extrem störende DJ-Musik statt. Da wir das nicht aushalten konnten, wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, diesmal wesentlich größer und hell. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück ist guter Durchschnitt. Besonders gut hat uns die sehr zentrale Lage ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Roma Termini gefallen, von dort kommt man auch per ÖPNV überall gut hin.

Excellent service

Exactly what I expected with excellent service. The room was rather small with a single bed in it (I booked a single room, so expected it), but very clean. The furnitures were rather dated, but still functional. The bathroom was very compact and had to wait around 30-60 seconds for the hot water, but again everything was clean. Despite all the shortcomings, the service was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. Moreover the location is very convenient - less than 5min from Roma Termini. I stayed for 1 night, and definitely can recommend the hotel for short stays. In overall I’m happy with the stay, mostly because of the excellent service, and good value, and convenient location.

Nice & Friendly , helpful staff -nice hotel .

Initially I had a room which smelled and after referring it to the front desk - I was reallocated to another room . This looked new and it was definitely an upgrade. Comfortable room , clean toilets and I had a great sleep. Despite everything, the staff are the nicest reception people ever. Very friendly ,helpful , and always smiling. They were so different from the gentleman who checked me in on the 4th. He saw me but continued with his work. When he decided he had finished he then checked me in . This person had no smiles , appeared unhappy, and very unfriendly. So , minus that - it was a excellent stay

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wartet auf eine gründliche Renovierung. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut und die Einrichtungen ist sehr alt. Das Frühstück ist sehr bescheiden, löslicher Kaffee aus dem Automat... Das Personal ist freundlich.

テルミニ駅から近く、とても便利でした。 スタッフも親切です。 設備の石鹸類は、ボディーとシャンプー併用の一種類のみだったので(洗面台設置のハンドソープも同じものだと思います)、女性は別途トリートメントなど持参するのがおすすめです。 タオルをかけるところが温かく、下着や靴下など干すとすぐに乾きました。 12月下旬に滞在しておりましたが、クリスマスにはお部屋にお菓子が置いてあり嬉しかったです。 朝ご飯のバイキングが好きでした。

aircondition in the bathroom was too hot. they didn't have a sewing set. the key of the door wasn't easy to use. the restaurant they recommended was bad, because too much salt. the type of the bed was wrong.
