Good location

Located very close to the Colosseum, Santa Maria Church and train station. Room was very clean and tidy. Hotel is up 5 flights of stairs or there is a small lift. Had troubles with hot water but I think it was under maintenance.

씻는중에 물이 끊겨서 헹구지도 못하고 그냥 잤습니다. 새벽이라 일어나면 물 나오겠지 했는데 아침에도 물이 안나와서 생수물로 이만 닦고 나왔습니다. 변기물도 안내려가고 정말 최악이였습니다. 직원이 24시간 상주하는게 아니라 어디다 말도 못했습니다. 다른곳가세요. 최악!!!!!!! worst!!!

Nada demais.

O hotel serviu para passar a noite. Tivemos dificuldades para encontra-lo e dificuldade no check in pois o recepcionista queria passar o cartão de crédito novamente alegando que não havia recebido o valor da diária. O hotel só foi bom pois fica quase de frente a uma das melhores cantinas romanas: Ristorante la forchetta D'oro. Comida excelente e muito barata!

Sehr zentrales Hotel

Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Hbf sowie Colosseum entfernt. Es sind zwei Metro-Haltestellen in der Umgebung. Bei dem Hotel gibt es kein Frühstück, sondern einen Gutschein für einen Kaffee sowie Croissant bei einem Cafe in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist ok. Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Preisleistung jedoch war alles in Ordnung.

Hotel con un personal muy amable y atento

El personal del hotel fue muy amable primero por recibirnos antes de la hora programada del check in, lo que nos permitio comenzar mas rapido nuestro tour, tambien cuando hicimos el check out nos resguardaron el equipaje sin ningun costo hasta que nosotros regresamos del tour, simplimente una estancia muy agradable, adicional a esto el hotel esta muy bien ubicado a unos 10 minutos caminando del coliseo y de roma termini.

Cancelled my Reservation

So I have had 9 days booked with this hotel. My flight came in at midnight and they don't do late checkins (which is understandable). However, instead of keeping the reservation and letting me check in the next day they cancelled my entire reservation! Which doesn't make any sense, they should have asked me first before doing this? Anyways, I am glad this happened because I ended booking my stay the freedom Traveler Hostel and it was the best experience I have ever had in my life! I would have loved to get this place a decent review but perhaps they need to be better at communicating with their guests?

I stayed at the Ares hotel for 4 nights. I had double bedroom with bathroom. There was no hot water in bathroom, just cold water. And I think that's a big minus. Room was dark with dirty walls. Breakfast is included in price, which is one croissant and a coffee.

Does the job

I'm a single traveler, and found this hotel to be brilliant for what I needed. I arrived early, but was able to still check in, which was very useful for me as it meant I could go off without having to drag my luggage around with me. The bathroom in my room was very small, which was absolutely fine for me on my own, possibly not if I was there with my partner. Travelling alone I would definitely stay here again, if I was travelling with a friend or my partner, maybe not.

Hôtel très bien situé, à 5mn du Colisée.

Hôtel difficile à localiser car situé au 5ième étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur, dont la majorité des appartements sont occupés par des particuliers. Accueil du personnel agréable mais pas de réception ; un hôtel parfois très bruyant compte tenu des cours intérieures, des locaux vétustes et un nettoyage à renforcer. Pas de climatisation sauf un vieux ventilateur capricieux. Quant au "copieux petit déjeuner inclus", il faut se contenter d'une boisson chaude (pas de jus de fruit) et d'un croissant à aller consommer au Bar situé en face. Un rapport qualité/prix qui reste toutefois correct.

飯店離車站不遠，到羅馬競技場步行也可以到，環境安全，還有電梯，只是飯店沒熱水 應該要事先通知住客，不是等住客發現後才應付的態度，之後說修好了，確認後還是沒有熱水，雖然是夏天，但用冷水洗頭也太冷了!

hôtel bien situer au centre de Rome

Premier nuit dans un autre hôtel, car je n'ai pu récupérer mes clés de chambre... Si on n'est pas dans le créneaux horaire de la réception, alors il n'y a aucune solution pour récupérer les clés. Pour le reste, et c'est la où c'est bien dommage, il n'y a rien à redire sur la présentation après. seul le petit déjeuner est fait par un prestataire, il faut donc aller à une pâtisserie du coin... Ce n'est pas un buffet et le choix se limite à un café et un croissant le surplus est facturé.

Бронировали двухместный номер с собственной ванной комнатой на одну ночь. Совершенно непонятно откуда взялись негативные отзывы об этом отеле. Нам все очень понравилось! Во-первых, отличное расположение - рядом вокзал и много разных недорогих кафе, где можно быстро и недорого перекусить. Во-вторых, отличное расположение - до многих достопримечательностей подать рукой. В-третьих, удобные кровати, мягкие полотенца, приветливый персонал, чистота и порядок, никакого шума не было, лишь вечером пахло свежеиспеченными булочками:) Завтрак в ближайшем кафе - чашка кофе на выбор и огромный круассан с любой начинкой. Все здорово!
