We enjoyed our stay here. The room was small, but was enough for the two of us for 3 nights. It was clean and comfortable, and very conveniently located half a block away from the bus stop. The building felt safe and was very quiet.

This was an excellent stay for our first time in Rome. It’s very easy to walk to all of the main spots and attractions. We had no clue where would be best to stay and this area did not disappoint. Great food at every corner. Cute little room - easy check in process, kind staff. Quiet as well. We would stay here again.

First time in Italy, 4 nights beginning of Oct. Green/Sage color room (so you can compare on listing) We rented on Expedia.ca. I believe 3-4 other rooms to rent in same corridor. The bedroom was a good size, especially wt the tall ceiling (10-12ft) The bed was not a King, but bigger than a Queen (seemed like) it was firm, but comfortable. The bathroom was on the small side, but shower had good presure & continuous hot water. The AC worked wonderfully and it gave the room a nice air flow, even on very low. We loved the location. Same side of the Tiber river as the Vatican. Had to cross a bridge (a few to pick from) to get to downtown Rome, but that was the lovely part. Good area to order a Freenow cab. Laundry mat accross the building. Room on 2nd floor, but had an elevator to get your luggage up. Coffee shops & restaurants as you turn the corner. Also little convinient store for water and snacks. Don't forget to Check-in online before you get there and follow instructions about the codes for all the doors. No Check-in desk, self Check-in only. Tourism tax to be left by cash on table, so plan for that. Host was very responsive. Only small thing, like curtain falling a bit and bathroom door frame could use repair. But would return

Best bed in Rome!

Advanced communication with the property manager/owner was nonexistent. We were arriving by train and metro so I had asked to confirm some details and never received a reply despite several messages being sent. There is no front desk. So if your GPS doesn’t get you to the correct address, you’ll be wandering for a while. Hint: take screenshots of the outside pictures provided in the listing so you can recognize the door. The room is small but very comfortable. And this was THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED WE SLEPT IN DURING OUR ENTIRE 2 WEEK vacation in Italy. Hands down. Also one of the nicest neighborhoods.

The area was close to all major attractions with the longest walk was to the Colosseum being 20 minutes. Lots of dining options in our area. Room was clean and comfortable

Dislike about paying for towel service if you needed towel everyday was a charge of 2 euro per person Room was clean & ok I was hoping for a veiw of street,our window veiw was roof top. Considerando que Roma estava lotada e os preços altíssimos em razão do ano do jubileu da Igreja Católica, Foi uma boa opção. Escolhemos o AD Cavour por ficar no meio do caminho entre o centro histórico e o Vaticano. Fizemos quase tudo a pé, o q foi ótimo. O quarto em si é até mais confortável do que parece nas fotos, cama de casal e duas de solteiro, muito limpo (inclusive com limpeza e troca de lençóis diários), máquina de café no corredor e chaleira no quarto. Durante a nossa estadia foi super silencioso. Banheiro antigo, espaçoso, mas o box é apertado demais. Self check in e out. Código de acesso fornecido na véspera. Ficamos no 103 ( vista interna do prédio).

La struttura si trova in centro a 50 metri da Piazza Cavour, ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto. Per quanto riguarda la camera, anche se il panorama non era bellissimo (si affacciava all'interno di un cortile) non mi è pesato più di tanto perché durante il giorno eravamo in giro.
