「Det var en rigtig skøn oase midt i en storby. Inde fra hotellets område kan man nærmest ikke mærke at man er lige midt i en storby. Hotellet er rigtig flot, romantisk, rent og velholdt. Værelserne var rene og god plads. Der var flot badeværelse, fladskærms tv, kaffemaskine og aircondition. Morgenmaden var ok. 「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. 「A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well...

「We had a fantastic stay and the owner was so accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay an extra night. Great area with grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Many sights within walking distance but easy access to buses also. I would happily stay here again!」
