羅拉Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「Me and the wife was expecting the Washington suite which is in the main manor. The pictures of the room clearly shows the arched windows of the house. We went there for the experience of the Manor. What we got was there so called suite room which was a basement under the house. I overlooked that. But when we went to sleep, the outdoor lighting kept us up ,because it shined in our room all night. They had no drapes to close, just blinds. Room was warm, the bed was horrible. 「3 story hotels require use of an elevator and a luggage cart to check in and out. Only 2 luggage carts were available to share with other guests. Bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain quickly. Room was spacious and clean. There was a good steak house close by. 2 round abouts made navigating a challenge when leaving. 」

「Turn on heating unit. Had black stuff coming out of unit. When to front desk advised. Person on duty, got a rag and vacuum , cleaned it a bit. Not sure but think it was mold. One of washers would not take the money,so only one machine worked. Free breakfast was lacking. 」

「Fantastic manager and smooth easy check in. Put me in a very quiet room ,no other folks in rooms around me which I appreciated the peaceful calm quiet nights of much needed relaxation and sleep. Cleanest hotel I've been to in years and I travel alot! Thank you for the excellent hospitality!」
