My only complaint would be the size of the tv ( very small) & the pool not being open until the last day we were there The pool had been closed but the young man at the front desk worked hard to get it opened for us The last day which i appreciated his efforts」

「No hot water in the shower. No hand soap or toiletries provided. K cups were provided, but no Keurig machine. Snacks (chips) were provided, but all were expired for several months. Premises were poorly lit. No feedback from operators yet, I guess they don't monitor messages on nights or Sundays. Could've used an information packet at check-in. If water activities were/are available, we had no way of knowing how to utilize them. Amenities included "bbq", but no BBQ pit in sight. It was a...

「The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There were some water spots on the ceiling and a few other things that could use updating but it looked like they were in the process of making it really nice. Overall, I would definitely stay again. 」

「Overall good stay. Other guests were annoying a few times with loud vehicles and setting off smoke alarms. Nice and quiet otherwise. 」

「Nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Only thing I would change the water pressure in shower was weak. 」

「The bed needs to be replaced. The bed was very old, could feel the springs in the mattress. The room was very old looking and needed up graded. The air conditioner and the hot water were great. 」

「Overall, my stay was good. Staff was very friendly and check-in was quick. My only issue was a live roach in the bathroom that came out of the bathtub drain and a dead one in the mini fridge. I did not have any issues with bugs during my previous stay about 2 months ago.」
